^16 (A)Do you not know that ^(B)you are a ^[a]temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? ¹⁷ If anyone destroys the ^[b]temple of God, God will destroy ^[c]that person; for the ^[d]temple of God is holy, ^[e]and that is what you are.

¹⁹ Or ^(A)do you not know that ^(B)your body is a ^[a]temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from ^[b]God, and that ^(C)you are not your own? ²⁰ For ^(D)you have been bought for a price: therefore glorify God in ^(E)your body.

¹⁵ Or what ^(A)harmony does Christ have with ^[a]Belial, or ^[b]what does a ^(B)believer share with an ^(C)unbeliever? ¹⁶ Or ^(D)what agreement does ^[c]the temple of God have with idols? For we are ^[d](E)the temple of ^(F)the living God; just as God said,
