1 Corinthians 2:11-13
Common English Bible
11 Who knows a person’s depths except their own spirit that lives in them? In the same way, no one has known the depths of God except God’s Spirit. 12 We haven’t received the world’s spirit but God’s Spirit so that we can know the things given to us by God. 13 These are the things we are talking about—not with words taught by human wisdom but with words taught by the Spirit—we are interpreting spiritual things to spiritual people.

1 Corinthians 2:11-13
New King James Version
11 For what man knows the things of a man except the (A)spirit of the man which is in him? (B)Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but (C)the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the [a]Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

English Standard Version
11 For who knows a person's thoughts (A)except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now (B)we have received not (C)the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. 13 And we impart this (D)in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, (E)interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.[a]

1 Corinthians 2:11-13
New International Version
11 For who knows a person’s thoughts(A) except their own spirit(B) within them? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 What we have received is not the spirit(C) of the world,(D) but the Spirit who is from God, so that we may understand what God has freely given us. 13 This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom(E) but in words taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual realities with Spirit-taught words.[a]
