GOD’S WORD Translation
11 so no one should treat him with contempt. Without quarreling, give him your support for his trip so that he may come to me. I’m expecting him to arrive with the other Christians.
12 Concerning Apollos, our brother in the Christian faith: I tried hard to get him to visit you with the other Christians. He didn’t want to at this time. However, he will visit you when he has an opportunity.
13 Be alert. Be firm in the Christian faith. Be courageous and strong.

11 Sinoman nga ay huwag humamak sa kaniya. Kundi tulungan ninyo siyang payapa sa kaniyang paglalakbay, upang siya'y makaparito sa akin: sapagka't inaasahan ko siya'y kasama ng mga kapatid.
12 Nguni't tungkol sa kapatid na si Apolos, ay ipinamanhik ko sa kaniyang malabis na siya'y pumariyan sa inyong kasama ng mga kapatid: at sa anomang paraan ay hindi niya kalooban na pumariyan ngayon; nguni't paririyan pagkakaroon niya ng panahon.
13 Magsipagingat kayo, mangagpakatibay kayo sa pananampalataya, kayo'y mangagpakalalake, kayo'y mangagpakalakas.

12 Now about our brother Apollos:(D) I strongly urged him to go to you with the brothers. He was quite unwilling to go now, but he will go when he has the opportunity.
