1 Corinthians 14:2-4

2 For he who (A)speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries. 3 But he who prophesies speaks (B)edification and (C)exhortation and comfort to men. 4 He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church.

2 For (A)one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit. 3 On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation. 4 The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.
