Serving All Men

¹⁹ For though I am ^(A)free from all men, ^(B)I have made myself a servant to all, ^(C)that I might win the more;

¹³ For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only ^(A)do not use liberty as an ^(B)opportunity for the flesh, but ^(C)through love serve one another.

Dealing with a Sinning Brother

¹⁵ “Moreover ^(A)if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, ^(B)you have gained your brother.

Bring Back the Erring One

¹⁹ Brethren, if anyone among you wanders from the truth, and someone ^(A)turns him back, ²⁰ let him know that he who turns a sinner from the error of his way ^(B)will save ^[a]a soul from death and ^(C)cover a multitude of sins.

¹⁶ Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.

³³ just ^(A)as I also please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of many, that they may be saved.

²⁶ Yet ^(A)it shall not be so among you; but ^(B)whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. ^27 (C)And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave— ^28 (D)just as the ^(E)Son of Man did not come to be served, ^(F)but to serve, and ^(G)to give His life a ransom ^(H)for many.”

¹⁰ Therefore ^(A)I endure all things for the sake of the ^[a]elect, ^(B)that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory.

²⁰ and ^(A)to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the ^[a]law, that I might win those who are under the law; ^21 (B)to ^(C)those who are without law, as without law ^(D)(not being without ^[b]law toward God, but under ^[c]law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; ^22 (E)to the weak I became ^[d]as weak, that I might win the weak. ^(F)I have become all things to all men, ^(G)that I might by all means save some.
