^31 (A)Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.

¹⁷ And ^(A)whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

^23 (A)And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men,

^11 (A)If anyone speaks, let him speak as the ^[a]oracles of God. If anyone ministers, let him do it as with the ability which God supplies, that ^(B)in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belong the glory and the ^[b]dominion forever and ever. Amen.

¹⁸ But you must eat them before the Lord your God in the place which the Lord your God chooses, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God in ^[a]all to which you put your hands.

⁷ And ^(A)there you shall eat before the Lord your God, and ^(B)you shall rejoice in ^[a]all to which you have put your hand, you and your households, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

⁵ “Say to all the people of the land, and to the priests: ‘When you ^(A)fasted and mourned in the fifth ^(B)and seventh months ^(C)during those seventy years, did you really fast ^(D)for Me—for Me? ^6 (E)When you eat and when you drink, do you not eat and drink for yourselves?

¹² And ^(A)you shall rejoice before the Lord your God, you and your sons and your daughters, your male and female servants, and the ^(B)Levite who is within your gates, since he has no portion nor inheritance with you.

^41 (A)But rather give alms of ^[a]such things as you have; then indeed all things are clean to you.

¹⁶ Then the people went out and brought them and made themselves booths, each one on the ^(A)roof of his house, or in their courtyards or the courts of the house of God, and in the open square of the ^(B)Water Gate ^(C)and in the open square of the Gate of Ephraim. ¹⁷ So the whole assembly of those who had returned from the captivity made ^[a]booths and sat under the booths; for since the days of Joshua the son of Nun until that day the children of Israel had not done so. And there was very ^(D)great gladness. ¹⁸ Also ^(E)day by day, from the first day until the last day, he read from the Book of the Law of God. And they kept the feast ^(F)seven days; and on the ^(G)eighth day there was a sacred assembly, according to the prescribed manner.
