8 Now concerning food sacrificed to idols: we know that “all of us possess knowledge.” Knowledge puffs up, but love builds up.^(A)

¹³ Judge for yourselves: Is it proper for a woman to pray to God with her head unveiled?

⁵ I say this to your shame. Can it be that there is no one person wise enough to decide between brothers and sisters?

¹⁰ We are fools for the sake of Christ, but you are sensible people in Christ. We are weak, but you are strong. You are honored, but we are dishonored.^(A)
