¹⁴ I thank God that I baptized none of you except ^(A)Crispus and ^(B)Gaius,

^8 (A)Crispus, the ruler of the synagogue, believed in the Lord, together ^(B)with his entire household. And many of the Corinthians hearing Paul believed and were baptized.

^23 (A)Gaius, who is host to me and to the whole church, greets you. Erastus, the city treasurer, and our brother Quartus, greet you.^[a]

^18 (A)give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

¹⁷ And ^(A)whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, ^(B)giving thanks to God the Father through him.

¹⁵ And let ^(A)the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called ^(B)in one body. And ^(C)be thankful.

^20 (A)giving thanks always and for everything to God the Father ^(B)in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,

¹⁴ But ^(A)thanks be to God, who in Christ always ^(B)leads us in triumphal procession, and through us spreads ^(C)the fragrance of the knowledge of him everywhere.

¹⁸ I thank God that I speak in tongues more than all of you.
