¹⁹Shallum the son of Kore, the son of ^[a]Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his relatives of his father’s house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, doorkeepers of the tent; and their fathers had been in charge of the camp of the Lord, keepers of the entrance. ²⁰^(A)Phinehas the son of Eleazar was supervisor over them previously, and the Lord was with him. ²¹^(B)Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was gatekeeper of the entrance of the tent of meeting.

¹⁹Shallum^(A) son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his fellow gatekeepers from his family (the Korahites) were responsible for guarding the thresholds of the tent just as their ancestors had been responsible for guarding the entrance to the dwelling of the Lord. ²⁰In earlier times Phinehas^(B) son of Eleazar was the official in charge of the gatekeepers, and the Lord was with him. ²¹Zechariah^(C) son of Meshelemiah was the gatekeeper at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

¹⁹Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, from his father’s house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, ^[a]gatekeepers of the tabernacle. Their fathers had been keepers of the entrance to the camp of the Lord. ²⁰And ^(A)Phinehas the son of Eleazar had been the officer over them in time past; the Lord was with him. ²¹^(B)Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was ^[b]keeper of the door of the tabernacle of meeting.
