⁷ And when his brethren in their families listed the genealogy of their generations, Jeiel and Zechariah were the chiefs,

⁸ And Bela, the son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel, who dwelt in Aroer, as far as Nebo and Baal Meon.

⁹ Also he inhabited eastward, to the entrance of the wilderness, from the river Perath. For they had many cattle in the land of Gilead.
