¹³ The sons of ^(A)Kenaz: ^(B)Othniel and Seraiah; and the sons of Othniel: Hathath and Meonothai.^[a]

¹³ And Othniel the son of Kenaz, ^(A)Caleb's younger brother, captured it. And he gave him Achsah his daughter as wife.

⁹ But when the people of Israel ^(A)cried out to the Lord, the Lord raised up a ^(B)deliverer for the people of Israel, who saved them, ^(C)Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother.
