3 Now these were the sons of David, which were born unto him in Hebron; the firstborn Amnon, of Ahinoam the Jezreelitess; the second Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitess:
2 The third, Absalom the son of Maachah the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adonijah the son of Haggith:
3 The fifth, Shephatiah of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by Eglah his wife.
4 These six were born unto him in Hebron; and there he reigned seven years and six months: and in Jerusalem he reigned thirty and three years.
5 And these were born unto him in Jerusalem; Shimea, and Shobab, and Nathan, and Solomon, four, of Bathshua the daughter of Ammiel:
6 Ibhar also, and Elishama, and Eliphelet,
7 And Nogah, and Nepheg, and Japhia,
8 And Elishama, and Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.
9 These were all the sons of David, beside the sons of the concubines, and Tamar their sister.
10 And Solomon's son was Rehoboam, Abia his son, Asa his son, Jehoshaphat his son,
11 Joram his son, Ahaziah his son, Joash his son,
12 Amaziah his son, Azariah his son, Jotham his son,
13 Ahaz his son, Hezekiah his son, Manasseh his son,
14 Amon his son, Josiah his son.
15 And the sons of Josiah were, the firstborn Johanan, the second Jehoiakim, the third Zedekiah, the fourth Shallum.
16 And the sons of Jehoiakim: Jeconiah his son, Zedekiah his son.
17 And the sons of Jeconiah; Assir, Salathiel his son,
18 Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah.
19 And the sons of Pedaiah were, Zerubbabel, and Shimei: and the sons of Zerubbabel; Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister:
20 And Hashubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, and Hasadiah, Jushabhesed, five.
21 And the sons of Hananiah; Pelatiah, and Jesaiah: the sons of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sons of Obadiah, the sons of Shechaniah.
22 And the sons of Shechaniah; Shemaiah: and the sons of Shemaiah; Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, six.
23 And the sons of Neariah; Elioenai, and Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.
24 And the sons of Elioenai were, Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Johanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seven.

The Sons of David(A)(B)
3 These were the sons of David(C) born to him in Hebron:
The firstborn was Amnon the son of Ahinoam(D) of Jezreel;(E)
the second, Daniel the son of Abigail(F) of Carmel;
2 the third, Absalom the son of Maakah daughter of Talmai king of Geshur;
the fourth, Adonijah(G) the son of Haggith;
3 the fifth, Shephatiah the son of Abital;
and the sixth, Ithream, by his wife Eglah.
4 These six were born to David in Hebron,(H) where he reigned seven years and six months.(I)
David reigned in Jerusalem thirty-three years, 5 and these were the children born to him there:
Shammua,[a] Shobab, Nathan and Solomon. These four were by Bathsheba[b](J) daughter of Ammiel. 6 There were also Ibhar, Elishua,[c] Eliphelet, 7 Nogah, Nepheg, Japhia, 8 Elishama, Eliada and Eliphelet—nine in all. 9 All these were the sons of David, besides his sons by his concubines. And Tamar(K) was their sister.(L)

15 The sons of Josiah:
Johanan the firstborn,
Jehoiakim(AB) the second son,
Zedekiah(AC) the third,
Shallum(AD) the fourth.
16 The successors of Jehoiakim:

17 The descendants of Jehoiachin the captive:
Shealtiel(AG) his son, 18 Malkiram, Pedaiah, Shenazzar,(AH) Jekamiah, Hoshama and Nedabiah.(AI)
19 The sons of Pedaiah:
Zerubbabel(AJ) and Shimei.
The sons of Zerubbabel:
Meshullam and Hananiah.
Shelomith was their sister.
20 There were also five others:
Hashubah, Ohel, Berekiah, Hasadiah and Jushab-Hesed.
21 The descendants of Hananiah:
Pelatiah and Jeshaiah, and the sons of Rephaiah, of Arnan, of Obadiah and of Shekaniah.
22 The descendants of Shekaniah:
Shemaiah and his sons:
Hattush,(AK) Igal, Bariah, Neariah and Shaphat—six in all.
23 The sons of Neariah:
Elioenai, Hizkiah and Azrikam—three in all.
24 The sons of Elioenai:
Hodaviah, Eliashib, Pelaiah, Akkub, Johanan, Delaiah and Anani—seven in all.

3 Đây là các con trai của Đa-vít sinh tại Hếp-rôn:
Am-nôn, con trưởng nam, mẹ là A-hi-nô-am, người Gít-rê-ên.
Con thứ hai là Đa-ni-ên, mẹ là A-bi-ga-in, người Cạt-mên;
2 con thứ ba là Áp-sa-lôm, mẹ là Ma-a-ca, con gái Tan-mai, vua vùng Ghê-su-rơ;
con thứ tư là A-đô-ni-gia, mẹ là Ha-ghít;
3 con thứ năm là Sê-pha-tia, mẹ là A-bi-tanh;
con thứ sáu là Dít-rê-am, mẹ là Éc-la, vợ Đa-vít.
4 Sáu người con này sinh tại Hếp-rôn;
Đa-vít trị vì tại đó bảy năm sáu tháng; người trị vì tại Giê-ru-sa-lem ba mươi ba năm. 5 Đây là những người con sinh tại Giê-ru-sa-lem:
Si-mê-a, Sô-báp, Na-than và Sa-lô-môn; bốn người có mẹ là Bát-sê-ba,[a] con gái của A-mi-ên. 6 Cũng có Gi-ba, Ê-li-sa-ma, Ê-li-phê-lết, 7 Nô-ga, Nê-phết, Gia-phia, 8 Ê-li-sa-ma, Ê-li-gia-đa và Ê-li-phê-lết, 9 tất cả chín người đều là các con trai của Đa-vít không kể những người con của các cung phi và Ta-ma là chị em của chúng.
10 Con trai của Sa-lô-môn là Rô-bô-am,
con Rô-bô-am là A-bi-gia,
con trai A-bi-gia là A-sa,
con trai A-sa là Giô-sa-phát,
11 con trai Giô-sa-phát là Giô-ram,
con trai Giô-ram là A-cha-xia,
con trai A-cha-xia là Giô-ách,
12 con trai Giô-ách là A-ma-xia,
con trai A-ma-xia là A-xa-ria,
con trai A-xa-ria là Giô-tham,
13 con trai Giô-tham là A-cha,
con trai A-cha là Ê-xê-chia,
con trai Ê-xê-chia là Ma-na-se,
14 con trai Ma-na-se là A-môn,
con trai A-môn là Giô-si-a.
15 Các con trai của Giô-si-a là:
Giô-ha-nan, con trưởng nam,
con thứ nhì là Giê-hô-gia-kim,
con thứ ba là Sê-đê-kia,
con thứ tư là Sa-lum.
16 Các con trai của Giê-hô-gia-kim là:

17 Các con trai của Giê-cô-nia, người bị lưu đày là:
Sa-la-thi-ên, 18 Manh-ki-ram, Phê-đa-gia, Sê-na-xa, Giê-ca-mia, Hô-sa-ma và Nê-đa-mia.
19 Các con trai của Phê-đa-gia là:
Xô-rô-ba-bên và Si-mê-i.
Các con trai của Xô-rô-ba-bên là:
Mê-su-lam và Ha-na-nia;
và Sê-lô-mi là chị em của chúng.
20 Năm người con khác là:
Ha-su-ba, Ô-hên, Bê-rê-kia, Ha-sa-đia và Du-sáp Hê-sết.
21 Các con trai của Ha-na-nia là:
Phê-la-tia và I-sa; cũng có các con trai của Rê-pha-gia, của Ạc-nan, của Ô-ba-đia và của Sê-ca-nia.
22 Con trai của Sê-ca-nia là:
Sê-ma-gia;
các con trai của Sê-ma-gia là:
Hát-túc, Di-ganh, Ba-ria, Nê-a-ria và Sa-phát, gồm sáu người.
23 Các con trai của Nê-a-ria là:
Ê-li-ô-ê-nai, Ê-xê-chia, và A-ri-kham, gồm ba người.
24 Các con trai của Ê-li-ô-ê-nai là:
Hô-đa-via, Ê-li-a-síp, Phê-la-gia, A-cúp, Giô-ha-nan, Đê-la-gia và A-na-ni, gồm bảy người.
