3 He was a Perezite and the head of all the army officers for the first month.
4 In charge of the division for the second month was Dodai the Ahohite.[a] His division numbered 24,000.
5 The third army commander for the third month was Benaiah the chief priest Jehoiada’s son. His division numbered 24,000.
