²⁷ David was dressed in a robe of fine linen, as were all the Levites who carried the Ark, and also the singers, and Kenaniah the choir leader. David was also wearing a priestly garment.^[a]

¹⁴ And David danced before the Lord with all his might, wearing a priestly garment.^[a]

¹⁸ But Samuel, though he was only a boy, served the Lord. He wore a linen garment like that of a priest.^[a]
