²⁶ Then David built an altar there to the Lord, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. And he called to the Lord, and ^(A)He answered him with fire from heaven on the altar of burnt offering.

The Shekinah Glory

7 ^(A)Now when Solomon had finished praying, ^(B)fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices, and the glory of the Lord filled the house.

⁵ Then the angel ^[a]took the ^[b]censer and ^(A)filled it with the fire of the altar, and ^(B)hurled it to the earth; and there were ^(C)peals of thunder and sounds, and flashes of lightning and an ^(D)earthquake.
