¹¹ Seek the Lord and His strength;
Seek His face evermore!

⁸ When You said, “Seek My face,”
My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.”
^9 (A)Do not hide Your face from me;
Do not turn Your servant away in anger;
You have been my help;
Do not leave me nor forsake me,
O God of my salvation.

⁶ This is Jacob, the generation of those who ^(A)seek Him,
Who seek Your face. Selah

² Before the decree is issued,
Or the day passes like chaff,
Before the Lord’s fierce anger comes upon you,
Before the day of the Lord’s anger comes upon you!
^3 (A)Seek the Lord, ^(B)all you meek of the earth,
Who have upheld His justice.
Seek righteousness, seek humility.
^(C)It may be that you will be hidden
In the day of the Lord’s anger.

67 God be merciful to us and bless us,
And ^(A)cause His face to shine upon us, Selah

^6 (A)Seek the Lord and live,
Lest He break out like fire in the house of Joseph,
And devour it,
With no one to quench it in Bethel—

³⁵ O God, ^(A)You are more awesome than Your holy places.
The God of Israel is He who gives strength and power to His people.
