¹⁴ The ark of God remained with the family of Obed-Edom in his house for three months, and the Lord blessed his household^(A) and everything he had.

⁵ From the time he put him in charge of his household and of all that he owned, the Lord blessed the household^(A) of the Egyptian because of Joseph.^(B) The blessing of the Lord was on everything Potiphar had, both in the house and in the field.^(C)

²⁷ But Laban said to him, “If I have found favor in your eyes,^(A) please stay. I have learned by divination^(B) that the Lord has blessed me because of you.”^(C)

¹⁰ Bring the whole tithe^(A) into the storehouse,^(B) that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates^(C) of heaven and pour out^(D) so much blessing^(E) that there will not be room enough to store it.^{(F) 11} I will prevent pests from devouring^(G) your crops, and the vines in your fields will not drop their fruit before it is ripe,^(H)” says the Lord Almighty.
