11 Beloved, I urge you (K)as sojourners and exiles (L)to abstain from the passions of the flesh, (M)which wage war against your soul. 12 (N)Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, (O)they may see your good deeds and glorify God on (P)the day of visitation.

11 Dear friends,(I) I urge you, as foreigners and exiles,(J) to abstain from sinful desires,(K) which wage war against your soul.(L) 12 Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds(M) and glorify God(N) on the day he visits us.
