13 I charge thee in the sight of God, who [a]giveth life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed the good confession; 14 that thou keep the commandment, without spot, without reproach, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 15 which in [b]its own times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of [c]kings, and Lord of [d]lords; 16 who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power eternal. Amen.

13 In the sight of God, who gives life to everything, and of Christ Jesus, who while testifying before Pontius Pilate(A) made the good confession,(B) I charge you(C) 14 to keep this command without spot or blame(D) until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ,(E) 15 which God will bring about in his own time(F)—God, the blessed(G) and only Ruler,(H) the King of kings and Lord of lords,(I) 16 who alone is immortal(J) and who lives in unapproachable light,(K) whom no one has seen or can see.(L) To him be honor and might forever.
