¹⁰ Then Yahweh came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel said, “Speak, for Your slave is listening.”

¹⁹ Thus ^(A)Samuel grew, and ^(B)Yahweh was with him and ^(C)let none of his words fall to the ground. ²⁰ So all Israel ^(D)from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was confirmed as a prophet of Yahweh.
