(B)A dead dog? (C)A flea? 15 (D)Therefore let the Lord be judge, and judge between you and me, and (E)see and (F)plead my case, and deliver me out of your hand.”

13 As the old saying goes, ‘From evildoers come evil deeds,(A)’ so my hand will not touch you.
14 “Against whom has the king of Israel come out? Who are you pursuing? A dead dog?(B) A flea?(C) 15 May the Lord be our judge(D) and decide(E) between us. May he consider my cause and uphold(F) it; may he vindicate(G) me by delivering(H) me from your hand.”
