1 Samuel 23:6-8
International Standard Version
6 Now when Ahimelech’s son Abiathar had fled to David in Keilah, the ephod[a] had come down with him.
7 It was reported to Saul that David had come to Keilah, and Saul said, “The Lord has delivered[b] him into my hand because he has shut himself in by going into a town with double gates and bars.” 8 Saul summoned for battle all his forces[c] to go down to Keilah, to besiege David and his men.

6 (Now Abiathar(A) son of Ahimelek had brought the ephod(B) down with him when he fled to David at Keilah.)
Saul Pursues David
7 Saul was told that David had gone to Keilah, and he said, “God has delivered him into my hands,(C) for David has imprisoned himself by entering a town with gates and bars.”(D) 8 And Saul called up all his forces for battle, to go down to Keilah to besiege David and his men.
