28 So Saul returned from pursuing David and went to confront the Philistines; therefore they called that place [a]the Rock of Division. 29 [b]And David went up from there and stayed in the strongholds of (A)Engedi.

28 Then Saul broke off his pursuit of David and went to meet the Philistines. That is why they call this place Sela Hammahlekoth.[a] 29 And David went up from there and lived in the strongholds(A) of En Gedi.[b](B)
