34 (A)And this that shall come upon your two sons, Hophni and Phinehas, shall be the sign to you: both of them shall die (B)on the same day. 35 (C)And I will raise up for myself a faithful priest, who shall do according to what is in my heart and in my mind. (D)And I will build him a sure house, and he shall go in and out before (E)my anointed forever. 36 And everyone who is left in your house shall come to implore him for a piece of silver or a loaf of bread and shall say, “Please put me in one of the priests' places, that I may eat a morsel of bread.”’”

35 And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever.

36 And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left in thine house shall come and crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray thee, into one of the priests' offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.
