New International Version

²⁸They sailed to Ophir^(A) and brought back 420 talents^[a] of gold,^(B) which they delivered to King Solomon.

¹²I will make mortal man ^[a]^(A)scarcer than fine gold
And mankind than the ^(B)gold of Ophir.

¹²I will make people^(A) scarcer than pure gold,
more rare than the gold of Ophir.^(B)
