⁴⁶ “When they sin against You (for ^(A)there is no man who does not sin) and You are angry with them and give them over to an enemy, so that ^[a]they take them away captive ^(B)to the land of the enemy, far off or near;

²⁰ Indeed, ^(A)there is not a righteous man on earth who continually does good and who never sins.

¹⁰ as it is written,

²⁰ because ^(A)by the works ^[a]of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for ^[b](B)through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.

¹⁶ nevertheless ^[a]knowing that ^(A)a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by ^(B)faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since ^(C)by the works of ^[b]the Law no ^[c]flesh will be justified.
