⁷ Moreover, the word of Yahweh through the hand of ^(A)the prophet Jehu the son of Hanani also came about against Baasha and his household, both because of all the evil which he did in the sight of Yahweh, provoking Him to anger with ^(B)the work of his hands, in being like the house of Jeroboam, and because ^(C)he struck ^[a]it.

^2 (A)And Jehu the son of Hanani the seer went out to meet him to his face and said to King Jehoshaphat, “^(B)Should you help the wicked and love those who hate Yahweh and ^[a](C)so bring wrath on yourself from Yahweh?

³⁴ Now the rest of the acts of Jehoshaphat, first ^[a]to last, behold, they are written in the chronicles of ^(A)Jehu the son of Hanani, which is ^[b]recorded in the Book of the Kings of Israel.
