32 So he erected an altar for Baal at (A)the house of Baal, which he built in Samaria. 33 Ahab also made (B)the [a]Asherah. So (C)Ahab did more to provoke the Lord God of Israel to anger than all the kings of Israel who were before him.

32 He set up an altar(A) for Baal in the temple(B) of Baal that he built in Samaria. 33 Ahab also made an Asherah pole(C) and did more(D) to arouse the anger of the Lord, the God of Israel, than did all the kings of Israel before him.
