⁵ Also King Solomon, and all the congregation of Israel who were assembled with him, were with him before the ark, ^(A)sacrificing sheep and oxen that could not be counted or numbered for multitude.

¹³ And so it was, when ^(A)those bearing the ark of the Lord had gone six paces, that he sacrificed ^(B)oxen and fatted sheep.

The Ark Placed in the Tabernacle^(A)

16 So ^(B)they brought the ark of God, and set it in the midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. Then they offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.

Solomon Dedicates the Temple^(A)

⁶² Then ^(B)the king and all Israel with him offered sacrifices before the Lord. ⁶³ And Solomon offered a sacrifice of peace offerings, which he offered to the Lord, twenty-two thousand bulls and one hundred and twenty thousand sheep. So the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the Lord.
