2 On the first day of every week, let each one of you save, as he may prosper, that no collections are made when I come. 3 When I arrive, I will send whoever you approve with letters to carry your gracious gift to Jerusalem. 4 If it is appropriate for me to go also, they will go with me.

New International Version
2 On the first day of every week,(A) each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with your income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.(B) 3 Then, when I arrive, I will give letters of introduction to the men you approve(C) and send them with your gift to Jerusalem. 4 If it seems advisable for me to go also, they will accompany me.
