⁵⁰ Now I say this, brothers, that ^(A)flesh and blood cannot ^(B)inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the corruptible inherit ^(C)the incorruptible.

4 ^(A)I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to ^(B)judge the living and the dead, and by His ^(C)appearing and His kingdom:

¹⁶ But now, they aspire to a better country, that is, a ^(A)heavenly one. Therefore ^(B)God is not ^[a]ashamed to be ^(C)called their God, for ^(D)He prepared a city for them.

²² But ^(A)you have come to Mount Zion and to ^(B)the city of ^(C)the living God, ^(D)the heavenly Jerusalem, and to ^(E)myriads of ^[a]angels,
