⁴and that he was buried, and that he rose again in the third day, after [the] scriptures;

⁵and that he was seen to Cephas, and after these things to eleven;

⁶afterward he was seen to more than five hundred brethren together, of which many live yet, but some be dead^[a];

⁴that he was buried,^(A) that he was raised^(B) on the third day^(C) according to the Scriptures,^(D) ⁵and that he appeared to Cephas,^[a]^(E) and then to the Twelve.^(F) ⁶After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.^(G)
