1 Corinthians 15:31-33
New American Bible (Revised Edition)
31 Every day I face death; I swear it by the pride in you [brothers] that I have in Christ Jesus our Lord.(A) 32 If at Ephesus I fought with beasts, so to speak, what benefit was it to me? If the dead are not raised:
“Let us eat and drink,
for tomorrow we die.”(B)
33 Do not be led astray:
“Bad company corrupts good morals.”
1 Corinthians 15:31-33
New International Version
31 I face death every day(A)—yes, just as surely as I boast about you in Christ Jesus our Lord. 32 If I fought wild beasts(B) in Ephesus(C) with no more than human hopes, what have I gained? If the dead are not raised,
33 Do not be misled:(E) “Bad company corrupts good character.”[b](F)
