1 Corinthians 15:25-28
New Living Translation
25 For Christ must reign until he humbles all his enemies beneath his feet. 26 And the last enemy to be destroyed is death. 27 For the Scriptures say, “God has put all things under his authority.”[a] (Of course, when it says “all things are under his authority,” that does not include God himself, who gave Christ his authority.) 28 Then, when all things are under his authority, the Son will put himself under God’s authority, so that God, who gave his Son authority over all things, will be utterly supreme over everything everywhere.

25 For He must reign (A)until He has put all His enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be (B)abolished is death. 27 For (C)He has put all things in subjection under His feet. But when He says, “(D)All things are put in subjection,” it is clear that [a]this excludes the Father who put all things in subjection to Him. 28 When (E)all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that (F)God may be all in all.
