28 But if [a] there is no interpreter, let him be silent in church. And let him speak to himself [b] and to God. 29 And let two or three prophets speak, and let the others[c] discern[d]. 30 But if a prophecy is revealed to another being seated, let the first be silent.

28 If there is no interpreter, the speaker should keep quiet in the church and speak to himself and to God.
29 Two or three prophets(A) should speak, and the others should weigh carefully what is said.(B) 30 And if a revelation comes to someone who is sitting down, the first speaker should stop.
