1 Corinthians 11:4-6
English Standard Version
4 Every man who prays or prophesies with his head covered dishonors his head, 5 but every wife[a] who prays or (A)prophesies (B)with her head uncovered dishonors her head, since it is the same (C)as if her head were shaven. 6 For if a wife will not cover her head, then she should cut her hair short. But since it is disgraceful for a wife to cut off her hair or shave her head, let her cover her head.

New International Version
4 Every man who prays or prophesies(A) with his head covered dishonors his head. 5 But every woman who prays or prophesies(B) with her head uncovered dishonors her head—it is the same as having her head shaved.(C) 6 For if a woman does not cover her head, she might as well have her hair cut off; but if it is a disgrace for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, then she should cover her head.
