9 Nor are we to put the Lord to the test, as (A)some of them [a]did, and were killed by the snakes. 10 Nor (B)grumble, as some of them [b]did, and (C)were killed by the (D)destroyer. 11 Now these things happened to them as an (E)example, and (F)they were written for our instruction, upon whom (G)the ends of the ages have come.
