7 but we speak God’s wisdom in a (A)mystery, the hidden wisdom which God (B)predestined before the (C)ages to our glory; 8 the wisdom (D)which none of the rulers of (E)this age has understood; for if they had understood it, they would not have crucified (F)the Lord of glory; 9 but just as it is written:
“(G)Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard,
And which have not entered the human heart,
All that God has prepared for those who love Him.”

7 No, we declare God’s wisdom, a mystery(A) that has been hidden(B) and that God destined for our glory before time began. 8 None of the rulers of this age(C) understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.(D) 9 However, as it is written:
