⁹ “As for you, my son Solomon, know the God of your father, and ^(A)serve Him with ^[a]a whole heart and a willing ^[b]mind; ^(B)for the Lord searches all hearts, and understands every intent of the thoughts. ^(C)If you seek Him, He will let you find Him; but if you forsake Him, He will reject you forever.

^6 (A)Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by ^(B)prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

⁵ But if any of you ^(A)lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and ^[a]without reproach, and ^(B)it will be given to him.
