¹² and the pattern of all that he had in ^[a]mind, for the courts of the house of Yahweh, and for all the surrounding chambers, for ^(A)the treasuries of the house of God, and for the treasuries of the holy things;

⁵ had prepared a large ^[a]room for him, where formerly they put the grain offerings, the frankincense, the utensils, and the tithes of grain, also new wine and oil ^(A)commanded for the Levites, the singers, and the gatekeepers, as well as the ^[b]contributions for the priests.

⁹ Then I said the word, and ^(A)they cleansed the chambers; and I returned there the utensils of the house of God with the grain offerings and the frankincense.

⁴ and I brought them into the house of Yahweh, into the chamber of the sons of Hanan the son of Igdaliah, the ^(A)man of God, which was beside the chamber of the officials, which was above the chamber of Maaseiah the son of Shallum, ^(B)the doorkeeper.

¹⁰ Then Baruch read from the book the words of Jeremiah in the house of Yahweh in the ^(A)chamber of ^(B)Gemariah the son of Shaphan the ^(C)scribe, in the upper court, at the ^(D)entry of the New Gate of the house of Yahweh, in the hearing of all the people.

The Outer Court Chambers

¹⁷ Then he brought me into the ^(A)outer court, and behold, there were ^(B)chambers and a pavement made for the court all around; thirty chambers ^[a]faced the pavement.

¹⁰ and the outer ^(A)chambers was twenty cubits in width all around the house on every side.

¹³ Then he said to me, “The north chambers and the south chambers, which are opposite the ^(A)separate area, they are the ^(B)holy chambers where the priests who are ^(C)near to Yahweh shall eat the ^(D)most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, the grain offering, the sin offering, and the guilt offering; for the place is holy.
