^19 (A)These were their assignments for their service when they came in to the house of Yahweh according to the legal judgment rendered to them by the hand of Aaron their father, just as Yahweh, the God of Israel, had commanded him.

¹⁴ And according to the judgment of his father David, he caused ^(A)the divisions of the priests to stand for their service, and ^(B)the Levites for their responsibilities to praise and minister before the priests according to the daily rule, and ^(C)the gatekeepers by their divisions at every gate; for ^(D)David the man of God had so commanded.

Hezekiah Sets Up Priests for Service

² And Hezekiah set up ^(A)the divisions of the priests and the Levites by their divisions, each according to his service, both the priests and the Levites, ^(B)for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to minister and to give thanks and to praise in the gates of the camp of Yahweh.
