1 Chronicles 18:10-12
New King James Version
10 he sent [a]Hadoram his son to King David, to greet him and bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and [b]defeated him (for Hadadezer had been at war with Tou); and Hadoram brought with him all kinds of (A)articles of gold, silver, and bronze. 11 King David also dedicated these to the Lord, along with the silver and gold that he had brought from all these nations—from Edom, from Moab, from the (B)people of Ammon, from the (C)Philistines, and from (D)Amalek.
12 Moreover (E)Abishai the son of Zeruiah killed (F)eighteen thousand [c]Edomites in the Valley of Salt.

New International Version
10 he sent his son Hadoram to King David to greet him and congratulate him on his victory in battle over Hadadezer, who had been at war with Tou. Hadoram brought all kinds of articles of gold, of silver and of bronze.
11 King David dedicated these articles to the Lord, as he had done with the silver and gold he had taken from all these nations: Edom(A) and Moab, the Ammonites and the Philistines, and Amalek.(B)
12 Abishai son of Zeruiah struck down eighteen thousand Edomites(C) in the Valley of Salt.
