المَلَائِكَةُ وَالكَوَارِثُ الأخِيرَة
15 ثُمَّ رَأيْتُ عَلَامَةً عَظِيمَةً وَمُدهِشَةً أُخْرَى فِي السَّمَاءِ. رَأيْتُ سَبْعَةَ مِلَائِكَةٍ وَمَعَهُمُ الكَوَارِثُ السَّبعُ الأخِيرَةُ الَّتِي يَنْتَهِي بِهَا غَضَبُ اللهِ. 2 ثُمَّ رَأيْتُ شَيْئًا يُشْبِهُ بَحرًا مِنَ الزُّجَاجِ المَخلُوطِ بِالنَّارِ، وَرَأيْتُ الَّذِينَ انتَصَرُوا عَلَى الوَحشِ وَتِمثَالِهِ، وَعَلَى العَدَدِ الَّذِي يُوافِقُ اسْمَهُ. كَانُوا يَقِفُونَ بِقَيَاثيرِهِمْ إلَى جَانِبِ بَحرِ الزُّجَاجِ 3 وَهُمْ يُنشِدُونَ تَرْنِيمَةَ مُوسَى عَبْدِ اللهِ، وَأُنشُودَةَ الحَمَلِ:
«عَظِيمَةٌ وَرَائِعَةٌ هِيَ أفعَالُكَ،
أيُّهَا الرَّبُّ الإلَهُ القَدِيرُ.
طُرُقُكَ عَدلٌ وَحَقٌّ، يَا مَلِكَ الأُمَمِ.
4 كُلُّ الشُّعُوبِ سَتَهَابُكَ يَا رَبُّ،
وَسَتُسَبِّحُ اسْمَكَ.
لِأنَّكَ وَحْدَكَ القُدُّوسُ.
كُلُّ الأُمَمِ سَتَأْتِي وَتَسْجُدُ فِي حَضرَتِكَ،
لِأنَّ أحكَامَكَ العَادِلَةَ صَارَتْ مَعرُوفَةً.»
5 بَعْدَ هَذَا نَظَرتُ، فَإذَا بِالهَيكَلِ السَّمَاوِيِّ، أيْ خَيْمَةُ الشَّهَادَةِ،[a] قَدْ فُتِحَ، 6 وَخَرَجَ مِنْهُ المَلَائِكَةُ السَّبْعَةُ الَّذِينَ يَحْمِلُونَ الكَوَارِثَ السَّبعَ الأخِيرَةَ. كَانُوا يَلْبَسُونَ أثوَابًا مِنَ الكِتَّانِ النَّظِيفِ البَهِيِّ، وَحَوْلَ صُدُورِهِمْ أحزِمَةٌ ذَهَبِيَّةٌ. 7 ثُمَّ أعْطَى أحَدُ المَخْلُوقَاتِ الأرْبَعَةِ لِلمَلَائِكَةِ السَّبعَةِ سَبْعَةَ آنِيَةٍ ذَهَبِيَّةٍ مَملُوءَةٍ بِغَضَبِ اللهِ الحَيِّ إلَى أبَدِ الآبِدِينَ. 8 وَامتَلأ الهَيكَلُ بِالدُّخَانِ مِنْ مَجْدِ اللهِ وَقُوَّتِهِ، فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أحَدٌ أنْ يَدْخُلَ الهَيْكَلَ حَتَّى تَنْتَهِيَ الكَوَارِثُ السَّبعُ الَّتِي حَمَلَهَا المَلَائِكَةُ السَّبْعَةُ.

سبعة ملائكة وسبع بلايا
15 ثُمَّ رَأَيْتُ فِي السَّمَاءِ آيَةً أُخْرَى عَظِيمَةً وَعَجِيبَةً: سَبْعَةُ مَلائِكَةٍ مُكَلَّفِينَ أَنْ يُنْزِلُوا بِالأَرْضِ الْبَلايَا السَّبْعَ الأَخِيرَةَ الَّتِي بِها يَكْتَمِلُ غَضَبُ اللهِ. 2 وَرَأَيْتُ أَيْضاً مَا يُشْبِهُ بَحْراً مِنْ زُجَاجٍ تَخْتَلِطُ بِهِ النَّارُ، وَقَدْ وَقَفَ عَلَيْهِ جَمِيعُ الَّذِينَ انْتَصَرُوا عَلَى الْوَحْشِ وَتِمْثَالِهِ وَرَقْمِ اسْمِهِ، وَهُمْ يَحْمِلُونَ قِيثَارَاتِ اللهِ، 3 وَيُنْشِدُونَ تَرْتِيلَةَ مُوسَى، عَبْدِ اللهِ وَتَرْتِيلَةَ الْحَمَلِ قَائِلِينَ: «عَظِيمَةٌ وَعَجِيبَةٌ أَعْمَالُكَ أَيُّهَا الرَّبُّ الإِلهُ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، عَادِلَةٌ وَمُسْتَقِيمَةٌ طُرُقُكَ يَا مَلِكَ الدُّهُورِ. 4 مَنْ لَا يَخَافُكَ يَا رَبُّ وَلا يُمَجِّدُ اسْمَكَ؟ فَأَنْتَ وَحْدَكَ قُدُّوسٌ! وَالأُمَمُ جَمِيعاً سَيَأْتُونَ وَيَسْجُدُونَ لَكَ، لأَنَّ أَحْكَامَكَ قَدْ ظَهَرَتْ جَلِيَّةً».
5 وَبَعْدَ ذَلِكَ نَظَرْتُ، فَرَأَيْتُ هَيْكَلَ خَيْمَةِ الشَّهَادَةِ فِي السَّمَاءِ وَقَدِ انْفَتَحَ، 6 وَخَرَجَ مِنْهُ الْمَلائِكَةُ السَّبْعَةُ الْمُكَلَّفُونَ بِإِنْزَالِ الْبَلايَا السَّبْعِ الأَخِيرَةِ بِالأَرْضِ، وَهُمْ يَرْتَدُونَ ثِيَاباً مِنْ كَتَّانٍ خَالِصٍ بَرَّاقٍ، وَيَشُدُّونَ صُدُورَهُمْ بِأَحْزِمَةٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ. 7 وَسَلَّمَ وَاحِدٌ مِنَ الْكَائِنَاتِ الْحَيَّةِ الأَرْبَعَةِ هَؤُلاءِ الْمَلائِكَةَ السَّبْعَةَ سَبْعَ كُؤُوسٍ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ مَمْلُوءَةٍ بِغَضَبِ اللهِ الْحَيِّ إِلَى أَبَدِ الآبِدِينَ. 8 وَامْتَلأَ الْهَيْكَلُ دُخَاناً مِنْ مَجْدِ اللهِ وَقُدْرَتِهِ، فَلَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَحَدٌ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ الْهَيْكَلَ، حَتَّى يَنْتَهِيَ الْمَلائِكَةُ السَّبْعَةُ مِنْ إِنْزَالِ الْبَلايَا السَّبْعِ بِالأَرْضِ.

Prelude to the Bowl Judgments
15 Then (A)I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: (B)seven angels having the seven last plagues, (C)for in them the wrath of God is complete.
2 And I saw something like (D)a sea of glass (E)mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, (F)over his image and [a]over his mark and over the (G)number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, (H)having harps of God. 3 They sing (I)the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the (J)Lamb, saying:
(K)“Great and marvelous are Your works,
Lord God Almighty!
(L)Just and true are Your ways,
O King of the [b]saints!
4 (M)Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name?
For You alone are (N)holy.
For (O)all nations shall come and worship before You,
For Your judgments have been manifested.”
5 After these things I looked, and [c]behold, (P)the [d]temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened. 6 And out of the [e]temple came the seven angels having the seven plagues, (Q)clothed in pure bright linen, and having their chests girded with golden bands. 7 (R)Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God (S)who lives forever and ever. 8 (T)The temple was filled with smoke (U)from the glory of God and from His power, and no one was able to enter the temple till the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.

15 And I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is filled up the wrath of God.
2 And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: and them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.
3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.
5 And after that I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened:
6 And the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.
7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.
8 And the temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God, and from his power; and no man was able to enter into the temple, till the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.
