مَوَاهِبُ الرُّوحِ القُدُس
12 وَالْآنَ، أيُّهَا الإخْوَةُ، لَا أُرِيدُكُمْ أنْ تَبْقَوْا فِي جَهلٍ فِي مَا يَتَعَلَّقُ بِالمَوَاهِبِ الرُّوحِيَّةِ. 2 أنْتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ أنَّكُمْ لَمَّا كُنْتُمْ غَيْرَ مُؤمِنِينَ، كُنْتُمْ مُضَلَّلِينَ وَمُنسَاقِينَ وَرَاءَ أوْثَانٍ خَرسَاءَ. 3 لِذَلِكَ أقُولُ لَكُمْ إنَّهُ مَا مِنْ أحَدٍ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِرُوحِ اللهِ يُمْكِنُ أنْ يَلْعَنَ يَسُوعَ! وَلَا يُمْكِنُ لِأحَدٍ أنْ يَقُولَ: «يَسُوعُ رَبٌّ،» إلَّا بِالرُّوحِ القُدُسِ.
4 هُنَاكَ أنوَاعٌ مِنَ المَوَاهِبِ لَكِنَّهَا مِنَ الرُّوحِ نَفْسِهِ. 5 وَهُنَاكَ أنوَاعٌ مِنَ الخِدمَاتِ، وَلَكِنَّنَا نَخدِمُ الرَّبَّ نَفْسَهُ. 6 وَهُنَاكَ طُرُقٌ كَثِيرَةٌ يَعْمَلُ فِيهَا اللهُ، لَكِنَّ اللهَ نَفْسَهُ هُوَ العَامِلُ فِينَا جَمِيعًا لِعَمَلِ كُلِّ شَيءٍ.
7 وَتُعطَى لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مَوهِبَةٌ لإظهَارِ الرُّوحِ لِلمَنفَعَةِ. 8 فَيُعطَى لِوَاحِدٍ بِالرُّوحِ أنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِحِكمَةٍ، وَيُعطَى لِآخَرَ أنْ يَتَكَلَّمَ بِمَعْرِفَةٍ بِالرُّوحِ نَفْسِهِ. 9 وَيُعطَى لآخَرَ إيمَانٌ مِنَ الرُّوحِ نَفْسِهِ، وَلآخَرَ مَوَاهِبُ شِفَاءٍ مِنَ الرُّوحِ الوَاحِدِ. 10 وَلآخَرَ قُوَّاتٌ مُعجِزِيَّةٌ، وَلآخَرَ التَّنَبُّؤُ، وَلآخَرَ القُدرَةُ عَلَى تَمْيِيزِ الأرْوَاحِ، وَلآخَرَ التَّكَلُّمُ بِأنوَاعٍ مُخْتَلِفَةٍ مِنَ اللُّغَاتِ، وَلآخَرَ تَفْسِيرُ هَذِهِ اللُّغَاتِ. 11 لَكِنَّ الرُّوحَ الوَاحِدَ نَفْسَهُ هُوَ الَّذِي يُحَقِّقُ كُلَّ هَذِهِ الأشْيَاءِ، مُخَصِّصًا لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَ المَوَاهِبِ مَا يَشَاءُ.
جَسَدُ المَسِيح
12 لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنَّا جَسَدٌ وَاحِدٌ، وَلِلجَسَدِ أعضَاءٌ كَثِيرَةٌ. وَرُغْمَ كَثرَةِ الأعضَاءِ، فَهِيَ تُشَكِّلُ جَسَدًا وَاحِدًا. وَهَذَا يَنْطَبِقُ عَلَى جَسَدِ المَسِيحِ أيْضًا. 13 فَقَدْ تَعَمَّدنَا بِرُوحٍ وَاحِدٍ لِكَي نَصِيرَ جُزءًا مِنَ الجَسَدِ الوَاحِدِ، يَهُودًا كُنَّا أمْ غَيْرَ يَهُودٍ، عَبِيدًا أمْ أحرَارًا. كَمَا سُقِينَا جَمِيعًا رُوحًا وَاحِدًا.
14 وَجَسَدُ الإنْسَانِ لَا يَتَألَّفُ مِنْ عُضوٍ وَاحِدٍ، بَلْ مِنْ أعضَاءٍ كَثِيرَةٍ. 15 لِنَفرِضْ أنَّ القَدَمَ قَالَتْ: «أنَا لَسْتُ يَدًا. لِذَلِكَ لَا أنتَمِي إلَى الجَسَدِ.» أيُفْقِدُهَا هَذَا انتِمَاءَهَا إلَى الجَسَدِ؟ 16 وَلْنَفرِضْ أنَّ الأُذُنَ قَالَتْ: «أنَا لَسْتُ عَينًا. لِذَلِكَ لَا أنتَمِي إلَى الجَسَدِ.» أيُفْقِدُهَا هَذَا انتِمَاءَهَا إلَى الجَسَدِ؟ 17 فَلَو كَانَ كُلُّ الجَسَدِ عُيُونًا، أيْنَ هِيَ حَاسَّةُ السَّمعِ؟ وَلَوْ كَانَ كُلُّ الجَسَدِ آذَانًا، أيْنَ هِيَ حَاسَّةُ الشَّمِّ؟ 18 أمَّا الآنَ، فَقَدْ وَضَعَ اللهُ كُلَّ عُضوٍ مِنَ الأعضَاءِ فِي الجَسَدِ حَسَبَ مَا رَأى مُنَاسِبًا. 19 فَلَو كَانَتْ كُلُّ أعضَاءِ الجَسَدِ عُضوًا وَاحِدًا، فَأينَ الجَسَدُ؟ 20 لَكِنْ هُنَاكَ أعضَاءٌ كَثِيرَةٌ، وَهُنَاكَ جَسَدٌ وَاحِدٌ.
21 فَلَا تَسْتَطِيعُ العَينُ أنْ تَقُولَ لِليَدِ: «أنَا لَا أحتَاجُ إلَيكِ،» وَلَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الرَّأسُ أنْ يَقُولُ لِلقَدَمَينِ: «أنَا لَا أحتَاجُ إلَيكُمَا.» 22 بَلْ إنَّ الأعضَاءَ الَّتِي نَعتَبِرُهَا أضعَفَ مِنْ غَيرِهَا، ضَرُورِيَّةٌ جِدًّا. 23 وَالأعضَاءُ الَّتِي نَعتَبِرُهَا الأقَلِّ مَنزِلَةً، هِيَ الَّتِي نُعَامِلُهَا بِعِنَايَةٍ أكبَرَ. وَأعضَاؤُنَا الَّتِي لَا نُرِيدُ إبرَازَهَا، هِيَ الَّتِي نُولِيهَا اهتِمَامًا أعْظَمَ.
24 أمَّا أعضَاؤُنَا الأكثَرُ اعتِبَارًا فَلَا تَحتَاجُ إلَى مُعَامَلَةٍ كَهَذِهِ. فَقَدْ شَكَّلَ اللهُ أعضَاءَ الجِسمِ مَعًا بِطَرِيقَةٍ تُضفِي كَرَامَةً أكبَرَ عَلَى العُضوِ الَّذِي يَفْتَقِرُ إلَى الكَرَامَةِ. 25 وَذَلِكَ لِكَي لَا تَكُونَ هُنَاكَ أيَّةُ انشِقَاقَاتٍ فِي الجَسَدِ، بَلْ تَهْتَمُّ الأعضَاءُ بَعْضُهَا بِبَعْضٍ اهتِمَامًا وَاحِدًا. 26 فَإنْ كَانَ أحَدُ الأعضَاءِ يَتَألَّمُ، فَكُلُّ الأعضَاءِ تَتَألَّمُ مَعَهُ. وَإنْ كَانَ أحَدُ الأعضَاءِ مُكَرَّمًا، فَكُلُّ الأعضَاءِ تُكَرَّمُ مَعَهُ.
27 وَهَكَذَا أنْتُمْ، جَسَدُ المَسِيحِ الوَاحِدِ، وَأعضَاؤُهُ فَردًا فَردًا. 28 فَقَدْ وَضَعَ اللهُ الرُّسُلَ فِي الكَنِيسَةِ أوَّلًا، وَالأنْبِيَاءَ ثَانِيًا، وَالمُعَلِّمِينَ ثَالِثًا، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يُجرُونَ المُعجِزَاتِ، ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ لَهُمْ مَوَاهِبُ شِفَاءٍ، ثُمَّ مُسَاعَدَةُ المُحتَاجِينَ، ثُمَّ مَوَاهِبُ القِيَادَةِ، ثُمَّ التَّكَلُّمُ بِأنوَاعِ لُغَاتٍ. 29 ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ رُسُلٌ؟ ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ أنْبِيَاءٌ، ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ مُعَلِّمُونَ؟ ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ يُجرُونَ المُعجِزَاتِ؟ 30 ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ لَهُمْ مَوَاهِبُ شِفَاءٍ؟ ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ يَتَكَلَّمُونَ بِلُغَاتٍ أُخْرَى؟ ألَعَلَّ الجَمِيعَ يَتَمَتَّعُونَ بِالقُدرَةِ عَلَى تَفْسِيرِ تِلْكَ اللُّغَاتِ؟ 31 لَكِنِ اسْعَوْا إلَى مَوَاهِبِ الرُّوحِ العُظمَى.
وَالْآنَ سَأُريكُمْ أفْضَلَ طَريقٍ:

12 Hermanos, quiero que ustedes sepan algo respecto a los dones espirituales.
2 Ustedes saben que cuando todavía no eran creyentes se dejaban arrastrar ciegamente tras los ídolos mudos. 3 Por eso, ahora quiero que sepan que nadie puede decir: «¡Maldito sea Jesús!», si está hablando por el poder del Espíritu de Dios. Y tampoco puede decir nadie: «¡Jesús es Señor!», si no está hablando por el poder del Espíritu Santo.
Diversidad y unidad de los dones
4 Hay en la iglesia diferentes dones, pero el que los concede es un mismo Espíritu. 5 Hay diferentes maneras de servir, pero todas por encargo de un mismo Señor. 6 Y hay diferentes manifestaciones de poder, pero es un mismo Dios, que, con su poder, lo hace todo en todos. 7 Dios da a cada uno alguna prueba de la presencia del Espíritu, para provecho de todos. 8 Por medio del Espíritu, a unos les concede que hablen con sabiduría; y a otros, por el mismo Espíritu, les concede que hablen con profundo conocimiento. 9 Unos reciben fe por medio del mismo Espíritu, y otros reciben el don de curar enfermos. 10 Unos reciben poder para hacer milagros, y otros tienen el don de profecía. A unos, Dios les da la capacidad de distinguir entre los espíritus falsos y el Espíritu verdadero, y a otros la capacidad de hablar en lenguas; y todavía a otros les da la capacidad de interpretar lo que se ha dicho en esas lenguas. 11 Pero todas estas cosas las hace con su poder el único y mismo Espíritu, dando a cada persona lo que a él mejor le parece.
12 El cuerpo humano, aunque está formado por muchos miembros, es un solo cuerpo. Así también Cristo. 13 Y de la misma manera, todos nosotros, judíos o no judíos, esclavos o libres, fuimos bautizados para formar un solo cuerpo por medio de un solo Espíritu; y a todos se nos dio a beber de ese mismo Espíritu.
14 Un cuerpo no se compone de un solo miembro, sino de muchos. 15 Si el pie dijera: «Como no soy mano, no soy del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de ser del cuerpo. 16 Y si la oreja dijera: «Como no soy ojo, no soy del cuerpo», no por eso dejaría de ser del cuerpo. 17 Si todo el cuerpo fuera ojo, no podríamos oír. Y si todo el cuerpo fuera oído, no podríamos oler. 18 Pero Dios ha puesto cada miembro del cuerpo en el sitio que mejor le pareció. 19 Si todo fuera un solo miembro, no habría cuerpo. 20 Lo cierto es que, aunque son muchos los miembros, el cuerpo sólo es uno.
21 El ojo no puede decirle a la mano: «No te necesito»; ni la cabeza puede decirles a los pies: «No los necesito.» 22 Al contrario, los miembros del cuerpo que parecen más débiles, son los que más se necesitan; 23 y los miembros del cuerpo que menos estimamos, son los que vestimos con más cuidado. Y los miembros que consideramos menos presentables, son los que tratamos con más modestia, 24 lo cual no es necesario hacer con los miembros más presentables. Dios arregló el cuerpo de tal manera que los miembros menos estimados reciban más honor, 25 para que no haya desunión en el cuerpo, sino que cada miembro del cuerpo se preocupe por los otros. 26 Si un miembro del cuerpo sufre, todos los demás sufren también; y si un miembro recibe atención especial, todos los demás comparten su alegría.
27 Pues bien, ustedes son el cuerpo de Cristo, y cada uno de ustedes es un miembro con su función particular. 28 Dios ha querido que en la iglesia haya, en primer lugar, apóstoles; en segundo lugar, profetas; en tercer lugar, maestros; luego personas que hacen milagros, y otras que curan enfermos, o que ayudan, o que dirigen, o que hablan en lenguas. 29 No todos son apóstoles, ni todos son profetas. No todos son maestros, ni todos hacen milagros, 30 ni todos tienen poder para curar enfermos. Tampoco todos hablan en lenguas, ni todos saben interpretarlas. 31 Ustedes deben ambicionar los mejores dones.

Concerning Spiritual Gifts
12 Now about the gifts of the Spirit,(A) brothers and sisters, I do not want you to be uninformed.(B) 2 You know that when you were pagans,(C) somehow or other you were influenced and led astray to mute idols.(D) 3 Therefore I want you to know that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, “Jesus be cursed,”(E) and no one can say, “Jesus is Lord,”(F) except by the Holy Spirit.(G)
4 There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit(H) distributes them. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but in all of them and in everyone(I) it is the same God(J) at work.
7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good.(K) 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom,(L) to another a message of knowledge(M) by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith(N) by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing(O) by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers,(P) to another prophecy,(Q) to another distinguishing between spirits,(R) to another speaking in different kinds of tongues,[a](S) and to still another the interpretation of tongues.[b] 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit,(T) and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
Unity and Diversity in the Body
12 Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body,(U) so it is with Christ.(V) 13 For we were all baptized(W) by[c] one Spirit(X) so as to form one body—whether Jews or Gentiles, slave or free(Y)—and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.(Z) 14 Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many.(AA)
15 Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 16 And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. 17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18 But in fact God has placed(AB) the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be.(AC) 19 If they were all one part, where would the body be? 20 As it is, there are many parts, but one body.(AD)
21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I don’t need you!” And the head cannot say to the feet, “I don’t need you!” 22 On the contrary, those parts of the body that seem to be weaker are indispensable, 23 and the parts that we think are less honorable we treat with special honor. And the parts that are unpresentable are treated with special modesty, 24 while our presentable parts need no special treatment. But God has put the body together, giving greater honor to the parts that lacked it, 25 so that there should be no division in the body, but that its parts should have equal concern for each other. 26 If one part suffers, every part suffers with it; if one part is honored, every part rejoices with it.
27 Now you are the body of Christ,(AE) and each one of you is a part of it.(AF) 28 And God has placed in the church(AG) first of all apostles,(AH) second prophets,(AI) third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing,(AJ) of helping, of guidance,(AK) and of different kinds of tongues.(AL) 29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles? 30 Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues[d]?(AM) Do all interpret? 31 Now eagerly desire(AN) the greater gifts.
