6 وَبِمَا أنَّنَا نَعمَلُ مَعًا مَعَ اللهِ، نَحُثُّكُمْ عَلَى أنْ لَا تُبَدِّدُوا نِعْمَةَ اللهِ الَّتِي نِلتُمُوهَا. 2 فَاللهُ يَقُولُ:
«فِي وَقْتٍ مُنَاسِبٍ سَمِعْتُكَ،
وَفِي يَوْمِ الخَلَاصِ جِئتُ لِمَعُونَتِكَ.»[a]
فَهَا هُوَ الآنَ الوَقْتُ المُنَاسِبُ، وَالْآنَ هُوَ يَوْمُ الخَلَاصِ.
3 إنَّنَا لَا نَضَعُ عَقَبَةً أمَامَ أحَدٍ، لِئَلَّا تُلَامَ خِدمَتُنَا. 4 بَلْ نُظهِرُ أنْفُسَنَا بِلَا مَلَامَةٍ مِنْ كُلِّ وَجْهٍ كَمَا يَلِيقُ بِخُدَّامِ اللهِ: بِاحتِمَالٍ كَبيرٍ فِي المِحَنِ وَالمَصَائِبِ وَالصُّعُوبَاتِ. 5 فَقَدْ تَعَرَّضنَا لِلضَّربِ الكَثِيرِ وَالحَبسِ المُتَكَرِّرِ، فِي حَمَلَاتٍ غَاضِبَةٍ ضِدَّنَا وَمَشَقَّاتٍ كَثيرَةٍ، فِي السَّهَرِ وَالجُوعِ. 6 نُظهِرُ أنَّنَا خُدَّامُ اللهِ بِنَقَائِنَا وَمَعْرِفَتِنَا، بِصَبرِنَا وَلُطفِنَا، بِمَوَاهِبِ الرُّوحِ القُدُسِ، وَبِمَحَبَّتِنَا الأصِيلَةِ، 7 وَبِرِسَالَةِ الحَقِّ الَّتِي نَحمِلُهَا، وَبِقُوَّةِ اللهِ. نَتَسَلَّحُ بِالصَّلَاحِ مِنْ كُلِّ جِهَةٍ لِلدِّفَاعِ وَالهُجُومِ مَعًا. 8 نُظهِرُ أنْفُسَنَا عِنْدَمَا يُكرِمُنَا النَّاسُ وَيُهِينُونَنَا، بِصِيتٍ حَسَنٍ أوْ بِصِيتٍ سَيِّئٍ. نُعتَبَرُ مُخَادِعِينَ مَعَ أنَّنَا صَادِقُونَ. 9 نُعتَبَرُ مَجهُولِينَ مَعَ أنَّنَا مَعرُوفُونَ. نَبْدو قَرِيبِينَ مِنَ المَوْتِ، لَكِنْ هَا نَحْنُ أحيَاءٌ! نُعَاقَبُ وَلَكِنَّنَا لَا نُقتَلُ. 10 كَأنَّنَا حَزَانَى، مَعَ أنَّنَا فِي ابتِهَاجٍ دَائِمٍ. كَفُقَرَاءَ، مَعَ أنَّنَا نُغنِي كَثِيرِينَ. كَأنَّنَا لَا نَمْلُكُ شَيْئًا، مَعَ أنَّنَا نَمْلُكُ كُلَّ شَيءٍ.
11 أيُّهَا الكُورِنْثِيُّونَ، تَحَدَّثنَا إلَيكُمْ بِحُرِّيَّةٍ كَامِلَةٍ. وَقُلُوبُنَا مَفتُوحَةٌ لَكُمْ. 12 نَحْنُ لَا نَبخَلُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِمَحَبَّتِنَا، أمَّا أنْتُمْ فَتَبْخَلُونَ بِمَا فِي دَاخِلِكُمْ. 13 أنَا أتَحَدَّثُ إلَيكُمْ كَأبنَائِي وَأقُولُ: افتَحُوا أنْتُمْ أيْضًا قُلُوبَكُمْ لَنَا كَمَا نَحْنُ لَكُمْ.
تَحْذِيرٌ مِنْ غَيْرِ المُؤمِنِين
14 لَا تَكُونُوا شُرَكَاءَ مَعَ غَيْرِ المُؤمِنِينَ. فَمَا الَّذِي يَجْمَعُ مَا بَيْنَ الصَّلَاحِ وَالإثمِ؟ أوْ أيَّةُ مُشَارَكَةٍ بَيْنَ النُّورِ وَالظُّلمَةِ؟ 15 وَأيُّ اتِّفَاقٍ بَيْنَ المَسِيحِ وَالشَّيطَانِ؟[b] أوْ أيُّ نَصِيبٍ لِلمُؤمِنِ مَعَ غَيْرِ المُؤمِنِ؟ 16 وَأيُّ اتِّحَادٍ بَيْنَ هَيْكَلِ اللهِ وَالأوْثَانِ؟ فَنَحْنُ هَيكَلُ اللهِ الحَيِّ. فَكَمَا قَالَ اللهُ:
«سَأسكُنُ بَيْنَهُمْ،
وَأسِيرُ بَيْنَهُمْ.
سَأكُونُ إلَهَهُمْ،
وَسَيَكُونُونَ شَعْبِي.»
17 وَيَقُولُ الرَّبُّ:
«فَاخرُجُوا مِنْ وَسَطِهِمْ،
وَانفَصِلُوا عَنْهُمْ.
وَلَا تَلْمِسُوا فِيمَا بَعْدُ شَيْئًا نَجِسًا.
حِينَئِذٍ سَأقبَلُكُمْ،
18 وَسَأكُونُ أبًا لَكُمْ،
وَتَكُونُونَ أبنَائِي وَبَنَاتِي،
يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ القَادِرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيءٍ.»[c]

Fedeltà e dedizione di Paolo al suo servizio
6 (A)Come collaboratori di Dio, vi esortiamo a non ricevere la grazia di Dio invano; 2 poiché egli dice:
«Ti ho esaudito nel tempo favorevole,
e ti ho soccorso nel giorno della salvezza[a]».
Eccolo ora il tempo favorevole; eccolo ora il giorno della salvezza! 3 Noi non diamo nessun motivo di scandalo affinché il nostro servizio non sia biasimato; 4 ma in ogni cosa raccomandiamo noi stessi come servitori di Dio, con grande costanza nelle afflizioni, nelle necessità, nelle angustie, 5 nelle percosse, nelle prigionie, nei tumulti, nelle fatiche, nelle veglie, nei digiuni; 6 con purezza, con conoscenza, con pazienza, con bontà, con lo Spirito Santo, con amore sincero; 7 con un parlare veritiero, con la potenza di Dio; con le armi della giustizia a destra e a sinistra; 8 nella gloria e nell'umiliazione, nellabuona e nella cattiva fama; considerati come impostori, eppure veritieri; 9 come sconosciuti, eppure ben conosciuti; come moribondi, eppure eccoci viventi; come puniti, eppure non messi a morte; 10 come afflitti, eppure sempre allegri; come poveri, eppure arricchendo molti; come non avendo nulla, eppure possedendo ogni cosa!
11 (B)La nostra bocca vi ha parlato apertamente, Corinzi; il nostro cuore si è allargato. 12 Voi non siete allo stretto in noi, ma è il vostro cuore che si è ristretto. 13 Ora, per renderci il contraccambio (parlo come a figli), allargate il cuore anche voi!
Necessità di una scelta
14 (C)Non vi mettete con gli infedeli sotto un giogo che non è per voi; infatti che rapporto c'è tra la giustizia e l'*iniquità? O quale comunione tra la luce e le tenebre? 15 E quale accordo fra Cristo e Beliar[b]? O quale relazione c'è tra il fedele e l'infedele? 16 E che armonia c'è fra il *tempio di Dio e gli idoli? Noi siamo infatti il tempio del Dio vivente, come disse Dio:
«Abiterò e camminerò in mezzo a loro, sarò il loro Dio ed essi saranno il mio popolo[c].
17 Perciò, uscite di mezzo a loro
e separatevene, dice il Signore,
e non toccate nulla d'impuro;[d]
e io vi accoglierò.
18 E sarò per voi come un padre
e voi sarete come figli e figlie,
dice il Signore onnipotente».[e]

6 فَبِمَا أَنَّنَا عَامِلُونَ مَعاً عِنْدَ اللهِ، نَطْلُبُ أَلَّا يَكُونَ قُبُولُكُمْ لِنِعْمَةِ اللهِ عَبَثاً. 2 فَإِنَّهُ يَقُولُ: «فِي وَقْتِ الْقَبُولِ اسْتَجَبْتُ لَكَ، وَفِي يَوْمِ الْخَلاصِ أَعَنْتُكَ». وَالآنَ هُوَ وَقْتُ الْقَبُولِ. الْيَوْمُ يَوْمُ الْخَلاصِ!
صعوبات بولس
3 وَلَسْنَا نَتَصَرَّفُ أَيَّ تَصَرُّفٍ يَكُونُ عَثْرَةً لأَحَدٍ، حَتَّى لَا يَلْحَقَ الْخِدْمَةَ أَيُّ لَوْمٍ. 4 وَإِنَّمَا نَتَصَرَّفُ فِي كُلِّ شَيْءٍ بِمَا يُبَيِّنُ أَنَّنَا فِعْلاً خُدَّامُ اللهِ: فِي تَحَمُّلِ الْكَثِيرِ؛ فِي الشَّدَائِدِ وَالْحَاجَاتِ وَالضِّيقَاتِ وَالْجَلْدَاتِ 5 وَالسُّجُونِ وَالاضْطِرَابَاتِ وَالأَتْعَابِ وَالسَّهَرِ وَالصَّوْمِ؛ 6 فِي الطَّهَارَةِ وَالْمَعْرِفَةِ وَطُولِ الْبَالِ وَاللُّطْفِ؛ فِي الرُّوحِ الْقُدُسِ وَالْمَحَبَّةِ الْخَالِصَةِ مِنَ الرِّيَاءِ؛ 7 فِي كَلِمَةِ الْحَقِّ وَقُدْرَةِ اللهِ؛ بِأَسْلِحَةِ الْبِرِّ فِي الْهُجُومِ وَالدِّفَاعِ؛ 8 بِالْكَرَامَةِ وَالْهَوَانِ؛ بِالصِّيتِ السَّيِّئِ وَالصِّيتِ الْحَسَنِ. نُعَامَلُ كَمُضَلِّلِينَ وَنَحْنُ صَادِقُونَ، 9 كَمَجْهُولِينَ وَنَحْنُ مَعْرُوفُونَ، كَمَائِتِينَ وَهَا نَحْنُ نَحْيَا، كَمُعَاقَبِينَ وَلا نُقْتَلُ، 10 كَمَحْزُونِينَ وَنَحْنُ دَائِماً فَرِحُونَ، كَفُقَرَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُغْنِي كَثِيرِينَ، كَمَنْ لَا شَيْءَ عِنْدَهُمْ وَنَحْنُ نَمْلِكُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ.
11 إِنَّنَا كَلَّمْنَاكُمْ، يَا أَهْلَ كُورِنْثُوسَ، بِصَرَاحَةِ فَمٍ وَرَحَابَةِ قَلْبٍ. 12 إِنَّكُمْ مُتَضَايِقُونَ، لَا بِسَبَبِنَا بَلْ بِسَبَبِ ضِيقِ عَوَاطِفِكُمْ 13 وَلَكِنْ، عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْمُعَامَلَةِ بِالْمِثْلِ، وَأُخَاطِبُكُمْ كَأَوْلادٍ، لِتَكُنْ قُلُوبُكُمْ أَيْضاً رَحْبَةً!
تحذير من الوثنية
14 لَا تَدْخُلُوا مَعَ غَيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ تَحْتَ نِيرٍ وَاحِدٍ. فَأَيُّ ارْتِبَاطٍ بَيْنَ الْبِرِّ وَالإِثْمِ؟ وَأَيَّةُ شَرِكَةٍ بَيْنَ النُّورِ وَالظَّلامِ؟ 15 وَأَيُّ تَحَالُفٍ لِلْمَسِيحِ مَعَ إِبْلِيسَ؟ وَأَيُّ نَصِيبٍ لِلْمُؤْمِنِ مَعَ غَيْرِ الْمُؤْمِنِ؟ 16 وَأَيُّ وِفَاقٍ لِهَيْكَلِ اللهِ مَعَ الأَصْنَامِ؟ فَإِنَّنَا نَحْنُ هَيْكَلُ اللهِ الْحَيِّ، وَفْقاً لِمَا قَالَهُ اللهُ: «سَأَسْكُنُ فِي وَسَطِهِمْ، وَأَسِيرُ بَيْنَهُمْ، وَأَكُونُ إِلهَهُمْ وَهُمْ يَكُونُونَ شَعْباً لِي». 17 لِذلِكَ «اخْرُجُوا مِنْ وَسْطِهِمْ، وَكُونُوا مُنْفَصِلِينَ»، يَقُولُ الرَّبُّ، «وَلا تَلْمَسُوا مَا هُوَ نَجِسٌ، 18 فَأَقْبَلَكُمْ»، وَ«أَكُونَ لَكُمْ أَباً، وَتَكُونُوا لِي بَنِينَ وَبَنَاتٍ»، هَذَا يَقُولُهُ الرَّبُّ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ.

6 E poiché siamo suoi collaboratori, vi esortiamo a non accogliere invano la grazia di Dio. 2 Egli dice infatti:
Al momento favorevole ti ho esaudito
e nel giorno della salvezza ti ho soccorso.
Ecco ora il momento favorevole, ecco ora il giorno della salvezza!
3 Da parte nostra non diamo motivo di scandalo a nessuno, perché non venga biasimato il nostro ministero; 4 ma in ogni cosa ci presentiamo come ministri di Dio, con molta fermezza nelle tribolazioni, nelle necessità, nelle angosce, 5 nelle percosse, nelle prigioni, nei tumulti, nelle fatiche, nelle veglie, nei digiuni; 6 con purezza, sapienza, pazienza, benevolenza, spirito di santità, amore sincero; 7 con parole di verità, con la potenza di Dio; con le armi della giustizia a destra e a sinistra; 8 nella gloria e nel disonore, nella cattiva e nella buona fama. Siamo ritenuti impostori, eppure siamo veritieri; 9 sconosciuti, eppure siamo notissimi; moribondi, ed ecco viviamo; puniti, ma non messi a morte; 10 afflitti, ma sempre lieti; poveri, ma facciamo ricchi molti; gente che non ha nulla e invece possediamo tutto!
Sfoghi e avvertimenti
11 La nostra bocca vi ha parlato francamente, Corinzi, e il nostro cuore si è tutto aperto per voi. 12 Non siete davvero allo stretto in noi; è nei vostri cuori invece che siete allo stretto. 13 Io parlo come a figli: rendeteci il contraccambio, aprite anche voi il vostro cuore!
14 Non lasciatevi legare al giogo estraneo degli infedeli. Quale rapporto infatti ci può essere tra la giustizia e l'iniquità, o quale unione tra la luce e le tenebre? 15 Quale intesa tra Cristo e Beliar, o quale collaborazione tra un fedele e un infedele? 16 Quale accordo tra il tempio di Dio e gli idoli? Noi siamo infatti il tempio del Dio vivente, come Dio stesso ha detto:
Abiterò in mezzo a loro e con loro camminerò
e sarò il loro Dio,
ed essi saranno il mio popolo.
17 Perciò uscite di mezzo a loro
e riparatevi, dice il Signore,
non toccate nulla d'impuro.
E io vi accoglierò,
18 e sarò per voi come un padre,
e voi mi sarete come figli e figlie,

6 As God’s co-workers(A) we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain.(B) 2 For he says,
I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.

3 We put no stumbling block in anyone’s path,(D) so that our ministry will not be discredited. 4 Rather, as servants of God we commend ourselves in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; 5 in beatings, imprisonments(E) and riots; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger;(F) 6 in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit(G) and in sincere love;(H) 7 in truthful speech(I) and in the power of God;(J) with weapons of righteousness(K) in the right hand and in the left; 8 through glory and dishonor,(L) bad report(M) and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors;(N) 9 known, yet regarded as unknown; dying,(O) and yet we live on;(P) beaten, and yet not killed; 10 sorrowful, yet always rejoicing;(Q) poor, yet making many rich;(R) having nothing,(S) and yet possessing everything.(T)
11 We have spoken freely to you, Corinthians, and opened wide our hearts to you.(U) 12 We are not withholding our affection from you, but you are withholding yours from us. 13 As a fair exchange—I speak as to my children(V)—open wide your hearts(W) also.
Warning Against Idolatry
14 Do not be yoked together(X) with unbelievers.(Y) For what do righteousness and wickedness have in common? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?(Z) 15 What harmony is there between Christ and Belial[b]?(AA) Or what does a believer(AB) have in common with an unbeliever?(AC) 16 What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols?(AD) For we are the temple(AE) of the living God.(AF) As God has said:
“I will live with them
and walk among them,
and I will be their God,
and they will be my people.”[c](AG)
17 Therefore,
“Come out from them(AH)
and be separate,
says the Lord.
Touch no unclean thing,
and I will receive you.”[d](AI)
