의로우신 여호와를 찬양하라
98 새 노래로
여호와께 노래하라.
그가 놀라운 일을 행하시고
그 능력과 거룩한 힘으로
큰 승리를 얻었다.
2 여호와께서
그의 구원을 알리시고
그의 의를 온 세계에 나타내셨다.
3 그가 성실하심과 한결같은
사랑으로 이스라엘 백성에게
자기 약속을 지키셨으므로
온 세상이
우리 하나님의 구원을 보았다.
4 온 땅이여, 여호와께
기쁨으로 노래하라.
노래와 즐거운 소리로
그를 찬양하라.
5 여호와께 찬송하라.
수금으로 찬양하라.
6 나팔과 양각을 불며
우리의 왕이신 여호와 앞에
즐겁게 외쳐라.
7 바다와 그 안에 있는 모든 것들아,
세계와 그 안에 사는 모든 자들아,
다 소리 높여 외쳐라.
8 너희 강들아,
여호와 앞에서 손뼉을 쳐라.
너희 산들아,
기쁨으로 함께 노래하라.
9 그가 세상을 다스리고자 오신다.
그가 바르고 공정하게
온 세계를 다스릴 것이다.

98 Sing a new song to the Lord telling about his mighty deeds! For he has won a mighty victory by his power and holiness. 2-3 He has announced this victory and revealed it to every nation by fulfilling his promise to be kind to Israel. The whole earth has seen God’s salvation of his people. 4 That is why the earth breaks out in praise to God and sings for utter joy!
5 Sing your praise accompanied by music from the harp. 6 Let the cornets and trumpets shout! Make a joyful symphony before the Lord, the King! 7 Let the sea in all its vastness roar with praise! Let the earth and all those living on it shout, “Glory to the Lord.”
8-9 Let the waves clap their hands in glee and the hills sing out their songs of joy before the Lord, for he is coming to judge the world with perfect justice.

Praise the King
A psalm.
1 Sing a new song to the Lord,(A)
for He has performed wonders;
His right hand and holy arm
have won Him victory.(B)
2 The Lord has made His victory known;
He has revealed His righteousness
in the sight of the nations.(C)
3 He has remembered His love
and faithfulness to the house of Israel;
all the ends of the earth
have seen our God’s victory.(D)

A psalm.
1 Sing to the Lord(A) a new song,(B)
for he has done marvelous things;(C)
his right hand(D) and his holy arm(E)
have worked salvation(F) for him.
2 The Lord has made his salvation known(G)
and revealed his righteousness(H) to the nations.(I)
3 He has remembered(J) his love
and his faithfulness to Israel;
all the ends of the earth(K) have seen
the salvation of our God.(L)
4 Shout for joy(M) to the Lord, all the earth,
burst into jubilant song with music;
5 make music to the Lord with the harp,(N)
with the harp and the sound of singing,(O)
6 with trumpets(P) and the blast of the ram’s horn(Q)—
shout for joy(R) before the Lord, the King.(S)
7 Let the sea(T) resound, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it.(U)
8 Let the rivers clap their hands,(V)
let the mountains(W) sing together for joy;
9 let them sing before the Lord,
for he comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness
and the peoples with equity.(X)
