New International Version
6 And now it is because of my hope(A) in what God has promised our ancestors(B) that I am on trial today. 7 This is the promise our twelve tribes(C) are hoping to see fulfilled as they earnestly serve God day and night.(D) King Agrippa, it is because of this hope that these Jews are accusing me.(E)

6 And now I stand and am judged for the hope of the promise made of God, unto our fathers:
7 Unto which promise our twelve tribes, instantly serving God day and night, hope to come. For which hope's sake, king Agrippa, I am accused of the Jews.
