麻风病痊愈
8 耶稣下山的时候，有许多人跟着。 2 有一个患麻风病的人跑来跪在祂跟前，说：“主啊，如果你肯，一定能使我洁净。”
3 耶稣伸手摸他，说：“我肯，你洁净了吧！”那人的麻风病就立刻洁净了。
4 耶稣对他说：“不要把这事告诉别人，要去让祭司察看你的身体，并且照摩西的规定献祭，向众人证明你已经洁净了。”
百夫长的信心
5 耶稣到了迦百农，一个百夫长前来向祂求助，说： 6 “主啊，我的仆人瘫痪，躺在家里，非常痛苦。”
7 耶稣说：“我这就去医治他。”
8 百夫长说：“主啊，我不配让你亲自来我家。你只要说一句话，我仆人就会痊愈。 9 因为我有上司，也有部下。我命令我的部下去，他就去；要他来，他就来。我吩咐仆人做什么事，他一定照办。”
10 耶稣听了，感到惊奇，便对跟随祂的人说：“我实在告诉你们，我在以色列从未见过信心这么大的人。 11 我告诉你们，将来有许多从东从西来的人会在天国与亚伯拉罕、以撒和雅各一同欢宴。 12 但那些本应承受天国的人反会被赶出去，在黑暗里哀哭切齿。”
13 耶稣对百夫长说：“你回去吧！就照你所信的给你成就。”就在那时候，他的仆人便痊愈了。
治病赶鬼
14 耶稣来到彼得家，看见彼得的岳母正在发烧，躺在床上。 15 耶稣一摸她的手，烧就退了。她便起来服侍耶稣。
16 当天晚上，有人带着许多被鬼附身的人来见耶稣。耶稣一句话就把鬼赶出去了，并医好了所有的病人。 17 这是要应验以赛亚先知的话：“祂担当了我们的软弱，背负了我们的疾病。”
跟从耶稣的代价
18 耶稣看到人群围着祂，就吩咐门徒渡到湖对岸。 19 这时，有一位律法教师上前对耶稣说：“老师，无论你往哪里去，我都要跟从你。”
20 耶稣说：“狐狸有洞，飞鸟有窝，人子却没有安枕之处。”
21 另一个门徒对耶稣说：“主啊，请让我先回去安葬我的父亲。” 22 耶稣对他说：“跟从我，让死人去埋葬他们的死人吧！”
平静风浪
23 耶稣上了船，门徒也跟着祂上了船。 24 忽然，湖面上狂风大作，波涛汹涌，船快要被巨浪吞没，耶稣却在睡觉。
25 门徒连忙叫醒耶稣，说：“主啊，救命！我们快淹死了！”
26 耶稣答道：“你们的信心太小了，为什么害怕呢？”于是祂起来斥责风和浪，风浪就完全平静了。
27 门徒很惊奇，说：“祂究竟是什么人？连风浪都听祂的！”
治好两个被鬼附身的人
28 耶稣到了对岸加大拉[a]人的地方，有两个被鬼附身的人从坟地里出来见祂。他们非常凶恶，没有人敢从那里经过。 29 他们喊着说：“上帝的儿子啊！我们和你有什么关系？时候还没有到，你就来叫我们受苦吗？”
30 当时，有一大群猪在附近吃食。 31 鬼就哀求耶稣：“如果你要赶我们出去，就让我们进入猪群吧！”
32 耶稣说：“去吧！”
于是，鬼从那二人身上出来，进入猪群，整群猪就一路奔下陡坡，冲进湖里淹死了。 33 放猪的人逃进城，把事情的经过以及被鬼附身者的遭遇告诉了城里的人。 34 于是，全城的人都出来见耶稣，见到后，便请求祂离开那地方。

8 เมื่อพระเยซูลงมาจากภูเขาแล้ว ก็มีคนกลุ่มใหญ่ติดตามพระองค์ไป 2 มีคนหนึ่งเป็นโรคผิวหนังร้ายแรง ได้มาคุกเข่าลงต่อหน้าพระองค์และพูดว่า “นายท่าน ถ้าท่านอยากช่วย ท่านก็ทำให้ผมหายได้”
3 พระองค์ยื่นมือออกไปแตะตัวเขา และพูดว่า “เราอยากช่วย หายเถิด” แล้วเขาก็หายทันที 4 พระเยซูจึงบอกเขาว่า “อย่าไปเล่าเรื่องนี้ให้ใครฟัง แต่ไปให้นักบวชตรวจดูและให้ถวายเครื่องบูชาตามที่โมเสสสั่งไว้ คนอื่นจะได้รู้ว่าเจ้าหายแล้ว”

5 เมื่อพระเยซูเข้าไปในเมืองคาเปอรนาอุม มีนายร้อยคนหนึ่งเข้ามาหา เพื่อขอให้พระองค์ช่วย 6 เขาพูดว่า “นายท่าน คนใช้ของผมนอนเป็นอัมพาตอยู่ที่บ้าน ต้องทนทุกข์ทรมานมาก”
7 พระเยซูบอกนายร้อยว่า “เราจะไปรักษาให้”
8 นายร้อยจึงบอกพระองค์ว่า “นายท่าน ผมไม่ดีพอที่จะให้ท่านเข้าไปในบ้านของผม ท่านแค่สั่งเท่านั้น คนใช้ของผมก็จะหาย 9 ที่ผมรู้ก็เพราะผมเป็นทหาร มีทั้งหัวหน้าที่สั่งผม และมีลูกน้องที่ต้องเชื่อฟังคำสั่งผม เมื่อผมสั่งให้ ‘ไป’ เขาก็ไป สั่งให้ ‘มา’ เขาก็มา และถ้าสั่งให้ทาสของผม ‘ทำสิ่งนั้นสิ่งนี้’ เขาก็ทำ”

14 เมื่อพระเยซูมาถึงบ้านของเปโตร ก็เห็นแม่ยายของเปโตรนอนป่วยเป็นไข้อยู่บนเตียง 15 พอพระองค์แตะมือเธอ เธอก็หายจากไข้ทันที และลุกขึ้นมารับใช้พระองค์
16 ในเย็นนั้น มีคนพาพวกที่ถูกผีสิงมาหาพระเยซูเป็นจำนวนมาก พระองค์ได้สั่งให้ผีเหล่านั้นออกจากร่างพวกนั้นไป และยังได้รักษาคนป่วยทุกคนด้วย 17 สิ่งนี้เกิดขึ้นเพื่อให้เป็นจริงตามที่อิสยาห์ผู้พูดแทนพระเจ้าได้พูดไว้ว่า
“พระองค์เอาความเจ็บป่วยของพวกเราไปเสีย

18 เมื่อพระเยซูเห็นฝูงชนที่อยู่ล้อมรอบพระองค์ พระองค์จึงสั่งให้พวกศิษย์ข้ามไปอีกฝั่งหนึ่งของทะเลสาบ 19 ครูสอนกฎปฏิบัติคนหนึ่งเข้ามาบอกพระองค์ว่า “อาจารย์ ไม่ว่าอาจารย์จะไปที่ไหน ผมจะติดตามไปด้วย”
20 พระเยซูบอกเขาว่า “หมาจิ้งจอกยังมีโพรง นกยังมีรัง แต่บุตรมนุษย์ไม่มีแม้แต่ที่จะซุกหัวนอน”
21 ลูกศิษย์คนหนึ่งของพระองค์ได้ขอพระองค์ว่า “อาจารย์ ขออนุญาตไปฝังศพพ่อก่อนนะครับ”
22 พระเยซูตอบเขาว่า “ตามเรามา ปล่อยให้คนตายฝังคนตายกันเองเถอะ”
พระเยซูห้ามพายุ

28 เมื่อพระเยซูข้ามฟากมาถึงอีกฝั่งหนึ่งของทะเลสาบในเขตแดนของชาวกาดารา[a] ก็มีชายสองคนที่ถูกผีสิง เดินออกมาจากหลุมฝังศพตรงเข้ามาหาพระองค์ สองคนนี้ดุร้ายมากจนไม่มีใครกล้าเดินผ่านไปแถวนั้น 29 สองคนนั้นตะโกนว่า “บุตรของพระเจ้า มายุ่งกับพวกเราทำไม จะมาทรมานพวกเราก่อนเวลาที่พระเจ้าได้กำหนดไว้หรือ”
30 ห่างจากที่นั่นไปไม่ไกล มีหมูฝูงใหญ่ถูกปล่อยทิ้งไว้ให้หากินกันอยู่ 31 ผีพวกนั้นขอร้องพระองค์ว่า “ถ้าจะไล่พวกเราออกไป ก็ช่วยส่งพวกเราเข้าไปอยู่ในฝูงหมูพวกนั้นด้วยเถอะ”
32 พระเยซูพูดกับผีพวกนั้นว่า “ออกไป” แล้วพวกผีก็ออกจากชายสองคนนั้นไปเข้าสิงในฝูงหมูแทน และหมูทั้งฝูงก็วิ่งกรูกันจากไหล่เขาที่สูงชัน ลงสู่ทะเลสาบ แล้วจมน้ำตายหมด 33 ส่วนคนเลี้ยงหมูก็วิ่งเข้าไปในเมือง และเล่าเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมดให้คนในเมืองฟัง โดยเฉพาะเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นกับชายสองคนนั้นที่ถูกผีสิง 34 คนทั้งเมืองก็เลยแห่กันออกมาหาพระเยซู เมื่อเจอพระองค์ ต่างก็ขอร้องให้พระองค์ไปจากเขตแดนของเขา

1 Now when he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 (A)[a]And lo, there came a Leper and worshipped him, saying, Master, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus putting forth his hand, touched him, saying, I will, be thou clean: and immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 Then Jesus said unto him, See thou tell no man, but go, and show thyself unto the Priest, and offer the gift that (B)Moses commanded, for a witness to them.
5 ¶ (C)[b]When Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a Centurion, beseeching him,
6 And said, Master, my servant lieth sick at home of the palsy, and is grievously pained.
7 And Jesus said unto him, I will come and heal him.
8 But the Centurion answered, saying, Master, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.
9 For I am a man also under the authority of another, and have soldiers under me: and I say to one, Go, and he goeth: and to another, Come, and he cometh: and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
10 When Jesus heard that, he marveled, and said to them that followed him, Verily, I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, even in Israel.
11 But I say unto you, that many shall come from the East and West, and shall [c]sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven.
12 And the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into [d]utter (D)darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
13 Then Jesus said unto the Centurion, Go thy way, and as thou hast believed, so be it unto thee. And his servant was healed the same hour.
14 ¶ (E)[e]And when Jesus came to Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid down, and sick of a fever.
15 And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: so she arose, and ministered unto them.
16 (F)When the Even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed [f]all that were sick,
17 That it might be fulfilled, which was spoken by (G)Isaiah the Prophet, saying, He took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
18 ¶ (H)And when Jesus saw great multitudes of people about him, he commanded them to go [g]over the water.
19 [h]Then came there a certain Scribe, and said unto him, Master, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest.
20 But Jesus said unto him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the heaven have [i]nests, but the Son of man hath not whereon to rest his head.
21 ¶ [j]And another of his disciples said unto him, Master, suffer me first to go, and bury my father.
22 But Jesus said unto him, Follow me, and let the dead bury the dead.
23 ¶ (I)[k]And when he was entered into the ship, his disciples followed him.
24 And behold, there arose a great tempest in the sea, so that the ship was covered with waves: but he was asleep.
25 Then his disciples came, and awoke him, saying, Master, save us: we perish.
26 And he said unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea: and so there was a great calm.
27 And the men marveled, saying, What man is this, that both the winds and the sea obey him?
28 ¶ (J)[l]And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils which came out of the graves very fierce, so that no man might go by that way.
29 And behold, they cried out, saying, Jesus the son of God, what have we to do with thee? Art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
30 Now there was [m]afar off from them, a great herd of swine feeding.
31 And the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go into the herd of swine.
32 And he said unto them, Go. So they went out and departed into the herd of swine: and behold, the whole herd of swine ran headlong into the sea, and died in the water.
33 Then the herdmen fled: and when they were come into the city, they told all things, and what was become of them that were possessed with the devils,
34 And behold, all the city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him to [n]depart out of their coasts.
