13 “你们就好像是世上的盐，但是，如果盐失去了咸味，它怎么可能再变咸呢？它也就没有任何用处了，只能被扔掉，任人践踏。
14 “你们是世界的光。山上的城市是藏不住的； 15 点燃的灯火也不会被扣在碗下面，而是被放在灯台上，把光带给屋子里的人们。 16 同样，你们的光也应该照亮在人们面前，让他们看见你们的善行，把荣耀归给你们在天上的父。

17 “不要以为我是为了要毁弃律法和先知的教导而来的，我不是来毁弃它们的，而是来贯彻和实现它们的。 18 我实话告诉你们，只要天地还存在，律法的一笔一划都不能消失，直到所有的事情发生。 19 所以，无论是谁，只要违反了律法中的任何一条，甚至似乎是微不足道的一条，并且教唆别人也这么做，他在天国里就是最渺小的；无论是谁，只要遵守律法，同时又教育别人也这么做，那么，他在天国里就是伟大的。 20 我告诉你们，如果你们做上帝要你们做的事情，却胜不过律法师和法利赛人，那么，你们就别想进天国！

Salt and Light
13 “You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.(A)
14 “You are the light of the world.(B) A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.(C) 16 In the same way, let your light shine before others,(D) that they may see your good deeds(E) and glorify(F) your Father in heaven.
The Fulfillment of the Law
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.(G) 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.(H) 19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands(I) and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.(J)
