婚宴的比喻
22 耶稣又用比喻对他们说： 2 “天国好比一个君王，为自己的儿子预备婚宴。 3 他派了奴仆们去叫那些被邀请的人前来赴宴，可是他们不肯来。 4 王又派了别的奴仆，说：‘你们去对那些被邀请的人说，看哪，我的午餐我已经预备好了，公牛和肥畜已经宰杀了，一切都预备好了，请你们来赴婚宴。’
5 “但那些人不理，就走开了，有的到自己的田里去，有的做自己的生意去。 6 其余的竟抓住王的奴仆们，凌辱他们，并且把他们杀了。 7 王[a]就发怒，派军兵除灭那些凶手，烧毁了他们的城。
8 “然后对奴仆们说：‘婚宴预备好了，但那些被邀请的人不配。 9 所以你们要到大街小巷去，把所见到的人都请来赴宴。’ 10 那些奴仆就出去，到大街上，把所见到的，无论好人坏人都召集起来，婚宴上就坐满了宾客。 11 王进来会见宾客，发现有一个人没有穿婚宴的礼服， 12 就对他说：‘朋友，你进到这里来怎么没有穿婚宴的礼服呢？’那个人哑口无言。
13 “于是王吩咐仆人们：‘把他的手脚捆起来，[b]丢到外面的黑暗里去！在那里将有哀哭和切齿。’
14 “要知道，蒙召唤的人多，而蒙拣选的人少。”
神与凯撒
15 法利赛人就去商议，怎样找耶稣的话柄来陷害他。 16 他们派了自己的门徒们与希律党的人一同去见耶稣，说：“老师，我们知道你是真诚的，并且按真理教导神的道[c]。你不顾忌任何人，因为你不看人的情面。 17 请告诉我们，你认为向凯撒纳税，可以不可以呢？”
18 耶稣看出他们的恶意，就说：“你们这些伪善的人！为什么试探我呢？ 19 拿一个纳税的钱币给我看。”他们就拿来了一个银币[d]给他。 20 耶稣问他们：“这是谁的像和名号？”
21 他们回答说：“是凯撒的。”
耶稣对他们说：“那么，凯撒的归给凯撒；神的归给神。” 22 他们听了，感到惊奇，就离开耶稣走了。
撒都该人与复活
23 在那一天，撒都该人来到耶稣那里，他们一向说没有复活的事。他们问耶稣， 24 说：“老师，摩西说：如果一个人死了，没有儿女，他的一个兄弟就要娶他的妻子，为他兄弟留后裔。[e] 25 我们这里曾经有兄弟七人，第一个结了婚，死了，没有后裔，留下妻子给他的一个兄弟。 26 第二个、第三个、一直到第七个，都是如此。 27 到了最后，这妇人也死了。 28 既然他们都娶过她，那么，在复活的时候，她将是这七个人中哪一个的妻子呢？”
29 耶稣回答说：“你们错了，因为你们不明白经上的话，也不明白神的大能。 30 复活的时候，人既不娶也不嫁，而是像天上的[f]天使一样。 31 关于死人复活的事，你们难道没有读过神对你们所说的话吗？神说 32 ‘我是亚伯拉罕的神、以撒的神、雅各的神。’[g]神不是死人的神，而是活人的神。”
33 众人听了这话，对他的教导惊叹不已。
最大的诫命
34 法利赛人听说耶稣使撒都该人哑口无言，就聚集在一起。 35 他们当中有一个是律法师，[h]来试探耶稣，问他： 36 “老师，律法中最大的诫命是哪一条呢？”
37 耶稣对他说：“‘你要以全心、全灵、全意爱主——你的神’[i]， 38 这是最大的，也是最重要的诫命。 39 其次的也和它类似，‘要爱邻如己。’[j] 40 全部律法和先知书都是以这两条诫命为依据的。”
有关基督的问题
41 法利赛人聚集在一起的时候，耶稣问他们 42 说：“关于基督，你们怎么看？他是谁的后裔呢？”
他们说：“是大卫的后裔。”
43 耶稣问他们：“那么，大卫藉着圣灵，怎么还称他为‘主’呢？大卫说：
45 “因此，大卫如果称基督为‘主’，基督怎么会是大卫的后裔呢？” 46 没有人能回答他一句话。从那天起，再也没有人敢质问耶稣了。

Parábola de la fiesta de bodas
22 Respondiendo Jesús, les volvió a hablar en parábolas, diciendo: 2 El reino de los cielos es semejante a un rey que hizo fiesta de bodas a su hijo; 3 y envió a sus siervos a llamar a los convidados a las bodas; mas estos no quisieron venir. 4 Volvió a enviar otros siervos, diciendo: Decid a los convidados: He aquí, he preparado mi comida; mis toros y animales engordados han sido muertos, y todo está dispuesto; venid a las bodas. 5 Mas ellos, sin hacer caso, se fueron, uno a su labranza, y otro a sus negocios; 6 y otros, tomando a los siervos, los afrentaron y los mataron. 7 Al oírlo el rey, se enojó; y enviando sus ejércitos, destruyó a aquellos homicidas, y quemó su ciudad. 8 Entonces dijo a sus siervos: Las bodas a la verdad están preparadas; mas los que fueron convidados no eran dignos. 9 Id, pues, a las salidas de los caminos, y llamad a las bodas a cuantos halléis. 10 Y saliendo los siervos por los caminos, juntaron a todos los que hallaron, juntamente malos y buenos; y las bodas fueron llenas de convidados.
11 Y entró el rey para ver a los convidados, y vio allí a un hombre que no estaba vestido de boda. 12 Y le dijo: Amigo, ¿cómo entraste aquí, sin estar vestido de boda? Mas él enmudeció. 13 Entonces el rey dijo a los que servían: Atadle de pies y manos, y echadle en las tinieblas de afuera; allí será el lloro y el crujir de dientes.(A) 14 Porque muchos son llamados, y pocos escogidos.
La cuestión del tributo

15 Entonces se fueron los fariseos y consultaron cómo sorprenderle en alguna palabra. 16 Y le enviaron los discípulos de ellos con los herodianos, diciendo: Maestro, sabemos que eres amante de la verdad, y que enseñas con verdad el camino de Dios, y que no te cuidas de nadie, porque no miras la apariencia de los hombres. 17 Dinos, pues, qué te parece: ¿Es lícito dar tributo a César, o no? 18 Pero Jesús, conociendo la malicia de ellos, les dijo: ¿Por qué me tentáis, hipócritas? 19 Mostradme la moneda del tributo. Y ellos le presentaron un denario. 20 Entonces les dijo: ¿De quién es esta imagen, y la inscripción? 21 Le dijeron: De César. Y les dijo: Dad, pues, a César lo que es de César, y a Dios lo que es de Dios. 22 Oyendo esto, se maravillaron, y dejándole, se fueron.
La pregunta sobre la resurrección

23 Aquel día vinieron a él los saduceos, que dicen que no hay resurrección,(B) y le preguntaron, 24 diciendo: Maestro, Moisés dijo: Si alguno muriere sin hijos, su hermano se casará con su mujer, y levantará descendencia a su hermano.(C) 25 Hubo, pues, entre nosotros siete hermanos; el primero se casó, y murió; y no teniendo descendencia, dejó su mujer a su hermano. 26 De la misma manera también el segundo, y el tercero, hasta el séptimo. 27 Y después de todos murió también la mujer. 28 En la resurrección, pues, ¿de cuál de los siete será ella mujer, ya que todos la tuvieron?
29 Entonces respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: Erráis, ignorando las Escrituras y el poder de Dios. 30 Porque en la resurrección ni se casarán ni se darán en casamiento, sino serán como los ángeles de Dios en el cielo. 31 Pero respecto a la resurrección de los muertos, ¿no habéis leído lo que os fue dicho por Dios, cuando dijo: 32 Yo soy el Dios de Abraham, el Dios de Isaac y el Dios de Jacob?(D) Dios no es Dios de muertos, sino de vivos. 33 Oyendo esto la gente, se admiraba de su doctrina.
El gran mandamiento
(Mr. 12.28-34)
34 Entonces los fariseos, oyendo que había hecho callar a los saduceos, se juntaron a una. 35 Y uno de ellos, intérprete de la ley, preguntó por tentarle,(E) diciendo: 36 Maestro, ¿cuál es el gran mandamiento en la ley? 37 Jesús le dijo: Amarás al Señor tu Dios con todo tu corazón, y con toda tu alma, y con toda tu mente.(F) 38 Este es el primero y grande mandamiento. 39 Y el segundo es semejante: Amarás a tu prójimo como a ti mismo.(G) 40 De estos dos mandamientos depende toda la ley y los profetas.
¿De quién es hijo el Cristo?
(Mr. 12.35-37; Lc. 20.41-44)
41 Y estando juntos los fariseos, Jesús les preguntó, 42 diciendo: ¿Qué pensáis del Cristo? ¿De quién es hijo? Le dijeron: De David. 43 Él les dijo: ¿Pues cómo David en el Espíritu le llama Señor, diciendo:
44 Dijo el Señor a mi Señor:
Siéntate a mi derecha,
Hasta que ponga a tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies?(H)
45 Pues si David le llama Señor, ¿cómo es su hijo? 46 Y nadie le podía responder palabra; ni osó alguno desde aquel día preguntarle más.

22 And Jesus answered and spake unto them again by parables, and said,
2 The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son,
3 And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come.
4 Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage.
5 But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise:
6 And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them.
7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
8 Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
9 Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage.
10 So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests.
11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment:
12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
14 For many are called, but few are chosen.
15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk.
16 And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men.
17 Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not?
18 But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites?
19 Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny.
20 And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription?
21 They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.
22 When they had heard these words, they marvelled, and left him, and went their way.
23 The same day came to him the Sadducees, which say that there is no resurrection, and asked him,
24 Saying, Master, Moses said, If a man die, having no children, his brother shall marry his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren: and the first, when he had married a wife, deceased, and, having no issue, left his wife unto his brother:
26 Likewise the second also, and the third, unto the seventh.
27 And last of all the woman died also.
28 Therefore in the resurrection whose wife shall she be of the seven? for they all had her.
29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.
31 But as touching the resurrection of the dead, have ye not read that which was spoken unto you by God, saying,
32 I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
33 And when the multitude heard this, they were astonished at his doctrine.
34 But when the Pharisees had heard that he had put the Sadducees to silence, they were gathered together.
35 Then one of them, which was a lawyer, asked him a question, tempting him, and saying,
36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law?
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment.
39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
41 While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them,
42 Saying, What think ye of Christ? whose son is he? They say unto him, The son of David.
43 He saith unto them, How then doth David in spirit call him Lord, saying,
44 The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool?
45 If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
46 And no man was able to answer him a word, neither durst any man from that day forth ask him any more questions.

巧言盘问

撒都该人辩驳复活之事

34 法利赛人听见耶稣堵住了撒都该人的口，他们就聚集。 35 内中有一个人是律法师，要试探耶稣，就问他说： 36 “夫子，律法上的诫命哪一条是最大的呢？” 37 耶稣对他说：“你要尽心、尽性、尽意爱主你的神。 38 这是诫命中的第一，且是最大的。 39 其次也相仿，就是要爱人如己。 40 这两条诫命是律法和先知一切道理的总纲。”
41 法利赛人聚集的时候，耶稣问他们说： 42 “论到基督，你们的意见如何？他是谁的子孙呢？”他们回答说：“是大卫的子孙。” 43 耶稣说：“这样，大卫被圣灵感动，怎么还称他为主说： 44 ‘主对我主说：你坐在我的右边，等我把你仇敌放在你的脚下’？ 45 大卫既称他为主，他怎么又是大卫的子孙呢？” 46 他们没有一个人能回答一言。从那日以后，也没有人敢再问他什么。
